This is a charity tractor run which was set up in memory of local Pendle farmer Andrew Nutter who sadly died at the age of 39 in 2009 after battling against bone cancer since 2008. This year's chosen charities are The Chemotherapy Unit at Royal Blackburn Hospital and Rosemere Cancer Foundation.

Hello, how much is the estimate cost of learning all of them after your class b license.
@@GeraldoPalbusa Bus is about £3k as is class 1 too. However I got my bus license for free as I joined Stagecoach as a trainee, many other bus firms will also put you through your bus test but you have to work with them on a 2 year bond if you leave early you have to pay back however much is owing. If you did it all privatly its easily over £6k because I haven't included the cost of a medical in this as again I didn't pay for one. Top tip for me is do the bus test first as going forwards they drive quite similiar to an artic as both require you to steer much later than normal.

I did this already got my B so B1 and AM is free then after that I went with A got A2 and A1 free. After this I went doing my C and got C1 and FKLPQ free. After this D got my D1 free. After all this I got my CE lience and got all BE C1E D1E and DE free. So only 5 categories done to get the pass full
little bit out of date. you get 8 categories in 2 tests now since B+E given to everyone and you can now bypass class 2

Eh up, That's handy, nice and local. I'm just getting through my car license - I want a Mercedes Vario to make into a camper I'm not ferrying folk about. So D & E class? I'm confused still. How much is the test please?
Can D category driver driver C category?
If i take the 3 tests are the others physically shown on my licence? I passed my full A motorcycle licence but the smaller categories are not shown (obviously i can ride those categories and if i got pulled over any cop would know this but just wondering if they are shown) Thanks
Rules have changed so you’d only need to take two tests. No need to take the C (Rigid) test, you can go straight for C+E. Plus the B+E test has been abolished, so that would be put on your licence now automatically. But to answer your question, yes you’d usually see the categories on the back of your license, even the small categories.
I've been looking to fill out those slots on my licence. I'd really quite like to fill them all out because my grandpa has them all filled out as he got trained for everything as a civilian army engineer. Only problem I've found is I can't find anywhere that trains roller driving. Not something youre looking at adding? Lol

Hi Pal, it’s a bit out of date is this video. You can now go straight for C+E (Class 1) so you’d only need to do two practical driving tests not three! Here is a link to doing all the tests though.

I have B category license but how do i go about getting a B1 category?
The B1 is for a very small car. So by having B you automatically get B1. Hope this helps.

Pass your d then c+ e with a grandfather right licence and you get the lot.
Is it still accurate that once you pass you are covered to drive for the first 5 years commercially?

So you’ll only need to do a D test and once passed D + E will be granted as you already have C + E
I went the other way with mine B/A/C next C+E then D
Hi I’ve been searching through comments and can’t seem to quite find the right answers to my questions firstly I’m currently 21 and held my full license for a year do I have to wait until 24 to do any of these or can I start now as I saw there was a comment about being 18 but only being able to do it up until 21??? Secondly will having these licenses affect insurance premiums as presumably you would be classed as a professional driver? Could this lower insurance premiums or does it have no effect? As long as you're over 18 you can add any of these catergories, it does reduce your insurance a little bit although its nothing special. I do recomend doing these if you are interested in driving for a living it opens plenty of doors and once you have these driving entitlements you've got them for the rest of your healthy life even if you do decide to move on to a different career and you can always have them to fall back. I have a catergory D license and I'm about to start HGV training so will soon have the lot. I recomend doing this stuff whilst your young and still have the capacity to learn new things easier.
have any truck driver of c1 or c1e licence in? please
Im doing my class 1 ten day training with my test at the end, in a few weeks time. Currenlty only have my car license. If i pass does this means i can drive any size LGV? can i drive a minibus as long as im not using it for hire or reward? Or will i need to do a separate test for that? I have an VW LT46 minibus buts it been converted to campervan(but still registered as a bus)
Class 1 is C+E it means you can drive any LGV, if you passed your car test before 1st January 1997 you can already drive a Minibus (16 seater) but not professionally without CPC.

So does this mean as I have C&E and D i can apply for an upgrade to D&E. And what category is a bendy bus now
if you have C+E and D then you have D+E by default, a bendy bus is covered by catergory D since its still considered a normal rigid bus as it doesn't have trailer like an articulated Lorry.

I couldn't hear what you were actually saying when you were talking about where to place a half load. When you walked down to the back of the vehicle you become inaudible. this is one area that I'm not quite sure of, I would appreciate a clearer explanation of this if it is possible. I understand that it has got to be roughly about a meter from the back axle, is this what you were saying whilst you were near the back axle? Great video btw.
I expect you can do all this in two tests now, from a car licence straight to c+e (test 1) then the large bus test ( test 2). great info in your video. cheers.

Hello, I would like to preserve a bus, I know I need a PCV licence. But Is it at all possible to drive it privately (not for a company) without restrictions such as age. I’m 17 and learning to drive. And will be taking my PCV licence once I turn 18 and passed my test. Could you shed some light on this? I’m a bit confused with info floating around on the internet.

I have always been interested to be a professional Truck Driver & this video presentation presentation gave me more insights than I had thought. This video reinforced the CPC module 4 teaching that I was given by Ultima HGV Driver Training. I will be forever grateful to the instructors and personnel of Ultima.. Can I apply for a license for C? Will the DVLA allow it, I m one of the first in the UK to get a prescription for Medical Cannabis, this will show on my medical report but is all legitimate. I asked the other training channel on you tube but they never answered.
£55 for a medical. You’ll have to see what DVLA say when you apply for your provisional. 👍🏻
I heard that the higher entitlements which are not put to business use after a specific period would get rubbed of ur driving license automatically. Is it a truth or just a rumour i wonder??
As long as you pass medicals as you get older, you keep the higher categories.
Dear sir i got full car licence category B last week so am i eligible to apply for c1 right now? 2nd if i choose automatic vehicle for c1 and got licence of it then am i eligible to drive manual vehicle of same category.
Yes you’re good to go now. And yes you will be able to drive a manual when passing in an automatic, as long as passed your car test in a manual.

How old do you have to be to get category D? I recently found out there was someone who was 19 that passed to work as a PCV driver but I was enquiring about it for non-commercial but I was told I need to be 24 to get it. Unless the heritage sector don't want younger people involved.
Hi Emily, you can do it at 18. But you’d need to take the Driver CPC tests to make it valid before your 21st birthday. Hope that helps. Ben.
Stupid question but does B1 become available after passing all three tests aswell?
Hi, B1 is a very small car. You get that when you pass your B (car) test.
