901 bv2, not 601. Still, dirt cheap and easy to squeeze into a list. A bit on the explodey side, though.

While it can be improved in many ways, a classic 4/6 Centurion is always solid. And it has a Heavy PPC. What's not to love?

For the final rating on the H you said it was 70s and therefore C but then during Baboon’s individual stats you said a 5 was “average”. Those seem contradictory.

Blame Vapor for why I learned about the Dasher H (I was using the Piranha before he recommended the H to me).

Ilclan does not have my beloved the Grasshopper-5N </3 tho it would be badly out-speeded by 3150.

Hey awesome getting my list called out! The scarabus indeed ran up to mechs next to hills and in the first match kicked a head off thanks to 12 damage kicks! For the battle armor, I choose stealth BA with longer range magshots to stay alive as long as possible. The lbx blackjack is to help cause there is a guarenteed aerospace fighter.

Luke here! Awesome that my list got featured! I just wanted to really play 2 mechs I really love, the Nova Cat and Summoner. i was going to be IS but I felt Clan representation wasn't going to be enough so here I am as a Smoke Jag. And i get to role play as an 80s cartoon villain so it doesn't get any better than that! Unfortunately lost my first mission but hopefully able to get some wins later down the line. I'll edit this comment at the end to let you guys know how it went, definitely need to drop that Summoner ammo, learned that the hard way!

Welp, I'm glad you all are finding Luke FWL Guard's list scary, because I think we designed very similarly. Both have 4/3 Nova Cat A's, but my list being a Blood Spirit list, I took a Stooping Hawk E (The ATMs one), a Crossbow B (4x SSRM6s) for brawl, and the illustrious Dasher H... because it's cheap. Looking forwards to seeing how things go!

Cannot believe it has been a year, what a year it has been! I may be getting a match in tonight if you are able to jump in and record, as long as my potential future opponent is up for it, would definitely enjoy having another of my matches getting the match cast treatment.

First of all, Sarath SRTH-1OB battle brothers! I had a great game because Pirate is a great opponent in this game. But I will say, I had NO IDEA that Arrow IV was a Flak round. I lost by VTOL first round, because I flew it up for height... which meant it was at long range and across the table but didn't move many hexes, and Pirate nailed it first round and stripped me of my vision in a double blind tournament. But Pirates didn't even tell all of his Tiny Violin's story. There was also a point where his Uziel got stuck in that center Jungle Swamp between the double skid round and the miss-movement round... It was kind of brutal to watch that set of 2-3 rounds for Pirate. Fantastic opponent/person though, handled his cursed dice like a champ! My list is along the same line as Jesty, no Arty... but FWL MUL because Sarath power!!! So far it's been serving me well. The only game I lost wasn't by much and it was also miss-understanding the Probe mission that after your scanner unit dies your can just withdraw everything immediately. So my seeding my units in the central city was a poor idea. As my opponent withdrew all his units after I killed his probe units, and the game just ended on me (womp womp). But then again, reading isn't required in the MRC right?!

"Hey Everybody!" Okay, so Crippled units cannot score Objectives. HOWEVER, in the Probe mission, the unit merely has to survive to the end of the turn. Some ambiguity, there, but Pirate is correct that the unit starting the turn not crippled and surviving, even if crippled by the end of the turn, gets the Objective (in universe, they are able to transmit the data from the probe). I should have spilled a bit more ink to make that clear. I was trying to keep missions as simple as possible (since you already had to read 9 separate ones).

My recap is I lost every match and brought shame to holy Blake. But I guess that lines up. The Comguards got their sh*t stomped in super hard, but managed to win through sheer attrition. I certainly took down a good number of clanners! It was a fun event, regardless, though.
