@@turbospool am happy to report that the Arc terminal ekpm3 works great and very worth it. So far motor has not cut off after 4 hard pulls and driving around town. Also I did not have to code it. Car is 2015 335i msport. The ekpm3 stays cool vs the stock ekpm. But I also have been driving with the rear bottom seat and rear right bolster off. Am curious if the ekpm fits nice under the bolster cover. I am thinking about buying the PR stage 2.5v2 lpfp. But how much e85 can stock lpfp max out at? Mods on car are bm3 stage 2+ @ XHP stage 3 with a custom rod sutphing tune. Dorch stage 2.5 hpfp Bm3 flex fuel kit, Bm3 chargepipe,vrsf race catless dp, and vrsf race intercooler “ the biggest one. Am still stock diverter valve, boost pipe and turbo inlet. Also stock air intake and stock exhaust with a turners motor sport resonator delete and stock turbo. My goal for the car is 500/500 whp/tq smooth daily driver.

@@theodorecendejas1343 awesome! You may want to ask in the forums or FB group. That totally depends on your mods and tuning. A stock setup can run E85 all day no problem. I believe that at stage 1 levels you wont be able to run full E85 without upgrading the HPFP, for example.

@@turbospoolwell I just found out that the stock lpfp can handle up to e70. I overfilled it on purpose to experiment. But at e50 it’s perfect with my dorch stage 2.5 and bm3 stage 2+ multimap.

Yes they were. From the failed vacuum canister on the plastic valve cover. I cleaned out the solenoid and it worked but for my peace of mind i did replace it

Thanks! So the woofers have an additional pair of connectors specifically for the tweeters’ harness to plug into in cases (like in the rear doors) that there is no OEM connector to plug into. The tweeters have built in resistors to block out the low frequencies so they will only play the frequencies they are designed to (the resistors acting essentially like a crossover). Yes it did! It got much better, but still leaked. The rest coming from either the metal gasket against the head or the vacuum port, or both. So i there will be a vacuum pump replacement video soon

La situacion mejoro! Pero todavia esta presente la fuga (saliendo por la junta de metal entre la bomba y la cabeza. Por lo menos comprieba que el kit de resello funcionaria si es usado completo (no solo una junta como yo trate)

Crank case vent line is not affected by this. This aluminum valve cover is an exact casting of the original plastic so everything connects to it as it did from factory

On stock tune there are no power gains THAT ARE NOTICEABLE. All intake makers claim there are and they could be right! But i cant FEEL a difference on the stock tune the car is on right now. I did it for the sound and to prepare for the future mods

I suggest you ask in the FB group for your particular platform. There’s a lot of variables that have not even been mentioned here like if you’re tuned, what codes you’re getting, if you have a log of when it’s occurring? Etc… also EKPS doesn’t need to be coded unless you have custom stuff going on with your tuner

I guess that is one way of doing it (what was suggested to you). When i replaced the front control arms and i noticed the driver’s arm big bolt would smack the transmission… i took apart the trans mount and jacked up the trans just enough for the control arm’s bolt to clear. So I never had to deal with the dogbone alignment issue you are having. You MAY have to loosen up that trans mount (make sure you support the weight of the engine/trans on that side safely before proceeding) just to get you enough play for the dogbone and trans mount bolts to all line up and get thread started… then tighten it all down in place

Came across something saying putting the car in neutral will actually allow more movement out of the engine-Can't say I understand why though. Haha. Thanks for the content! In stock form this isn’t an issue. The overheating is TYPICALLY when higher fuel flow is needed (like with ethanol tunes for example), and also some larger in-tank fuel pumps have a higher amp draw. Both of these factors create the overheating issue. You can either adapt a fan to it, OR you can upgrade the EKPS.

@@turbospool my 09 535i is stock and multiple modules seem to get hot. Is this because the module hasn’t been coded? I’m wondering since they are Pulse width modulated that maybe they are being commanded on too long and over working the module.

@@stfitz19 i suggest you contact ArcTerminator directly. They have phenomenal tech support and can better point you the right way. They actually did all their testing on the owner's personal E60 btw, so you definitely want to talk to them!

@@boredaz10 it APPEARS that it would be easier to do on this one. Looks like the calp is clipped in place around the perimeter so you should be able to start unclipping and work around it til the lid pops off to access the diaphragm and spring of the PCV valve itself

@@turbospool Those part numbers dont line up with any Sanden compressors writing on the compressor itself that I've seen. It's as if I have to cross reference it to something else or an SKU of some sort...

Those are great questions for your tuner. It totally depends on your turbo, combination of mods, and what you/ the tuner feel comfortable doing.

Estan por la 100 ave un poco al sur de la 168st por Perine/ Cutler Bay. Ellos tambien tienen un dyno alli mismo q pueden hacer el tune a tu carro.

This is probably something you want to talk to the vendor about. Possible missing item from packaging. Mine has a little vented cap on it like the OE does.

@@turbospool so I looked up a few of the aluminum valve covers on different websites for my car and a lot of them doesn't have that nipple piece sticking out of it

Hey, quick question. So I use the original oil cap from the original valve cover and a little bit of oil is leaking from the cap. Any reason why or what can I do to fix that? Or should I just put the cap on that came with the aluminum valve cover?
