The reason why Ballas doesn't recognize Revenant Prime is because it's technically a Warframe that was merged with the power of the Eidolon. So he doesn't even recognize it. Which is why it doesn't really make sense why it's primed because he didn't even know Revenant existed. So maybe Margulis somehow made a Prime version of "The Warden" warframe and it somehow got merged with the eidolons too

the lag is because when they do the live demos they don't use a server to of load all assets the machine has to do all alone so when the devs are playing the demo they are loading the game like it was a single player offline game

It time for some ghost rider fashion frame.

I'm pretty sure the loading is already a repeated animation, it's just an animation that's not really noticable. I remember back on my switch, I would sit in the fortuna elevator and zariman elevator for a long time, with the repeated animation playing that shows you going up or down up until the location was loaded. While on PC, i only see that animation for a very brief moment, cuz the performance is just way better. The travelling on the bike is exactly the same as loading into an open world or loading from a hub into the mission (zariman/sanctum). It's also the reason why you can't steer yourself during that sequence, because it's an animation. Do give them some slack tho, there's reason it's not a multiplayer demo, they probably also know it needs a whole lotta performance fixing till release :).

Cant wait to speed on the open world with that bike, but wouldn’t that be be interesting if we could drive around in archamede labs with it. I found you can do some assassin creed style from the roof tops, and slamming the enemies from above.
