Is Futurama Declining? Season 12 Premiere
The fight right before Paul vs Tyson was AWESOME and crazy good entertainment. The judges were wrong but omg that fight was such a great watch.
@@meyeame8956 honestly one of the best fights I’ve seen in years, stakes where high. Non stop action, honestly congrats to them both. But yeah I don’t understand the stats don’t lie 😂 unsure what the judges where watching. Appreciate the comment legend!
out of curiosity why do you bother collecting VHS when there’s DVDs available?
@@ActionJackson1982 I’ve collected dvds, than Blu rays and now vhs. Honestly the price factor is a benefit, but also vhs resale if I ever to choose to go that way is much higher than dvd. It’s just sort of bought back passion to collecting for me. And I guess finally is the fact there’s been so many movies I’ve discovered and never would of if it weren’t for vhs, since the dvds of the films never came out or aren’t in rotation anymore
I believe it was fixed for sure, you look at mike training he is quick! but in the ring he was like he was meant to be in a nursing home.. just seems strange he wasnt like he was training. do some searching on youtube of mike training and it might tell a different story.
@@JackSmith-sf2bc tbh this was my reaction about 5 or so minutes after the results. After seeing replays and really reading into it, I would have to agree Mike was holding a lot more back. It’s a shame really but I didn’t realise how low mikes net worth was, so realistically to get paid 20ms to throw a fight and double his net worth in one day, throwing it might just be worth it
@@ninchmovies Tyson was hospitalized during the summer, with like 8 blood transfusions. He shouldn't have even been fighting tbh. It's why the fight was pushed back from July.
@ I did see that after the ulcer flare wasn’t it? Honestly nothing but respect for Mike.
Great Haul. A great variety of films.
@@FilmTalkWithMikey appreciate you checking the video out legend!
Where do you get your video players, if you don’t mind me asking. I am having trouble here in Vic just finding a dvd player. I bought lots of horror dvd’s and videos back in the day. I think if we can find a good priced machine we should buy a couple cause they seem to be getting rid of them all.
@@GrippiAlex I got my player on eBay in January this year for about $50. I agree though, it’s tempting to buy a backup in case the price rises since they are harder to find. But I’m sure you could find players in op shops or cash converters also
@ Thank you. I’ll have a look.
Nice pick ups baby x can’t wait to watch Mr bean !!
@@siobhannoonan2927 thankyou! Hahah we will have to get on it once I’m home
Awesome pick-ups, mate😎👍. My Favorite Martian classic TV series that movie they did was gold what an awesome find. There were 14 episodes I think of Mr .Bean I know it seemed much more lol.
@ Thanks for watching brother! 100% definitely felt like a rare find. It really did feel like it had a lot more episodes, guess it’s a compliment to how good the comedy was though. Well I’m about 4 tapes deep of 2 episodes a piece so not many left to collect now :)
I’m so sorry to hear about what happened to the SD card. That absolutely sucks! :,( • Speed: Holy Moly! You have to see Speed! It’s so freaking good, it definitely made my heart race and made me think about what I would do if (God Forbid) I was ever in that situation. • Armageddon: WHAT?! You have NEVER seen Armageddon!? My Grandma is very religious and doesn’t like anything too violent but back in March I found out she enjoys watching Armageddon, I was so surprised because I actually thought she was going to yell at me to change the channel. Lol! • Peter Pan: OMG! I remember burning (which means watching it a lot.) this movie when I was a kid!! I wanted to be Wendy so bad and got so jealous when she got to give Jeremy Sumpter a little kiss. 🥲😭😭 • Inspector Gadget: I believe I’ve only seen Inspector Gadget once in my life, and that was when I was a child but every once in awhile the damn theme song will randomly get stuck in my head! 😭 • The Mummy Returns: My absolute favorite scene is when towards the end Imhotep needs help and he says stuff in Ancient Arabic… Idk how to describe it but the scene is much better when you watch it and see Imhotep’s reaction but tbh I just laughed because why did he think Anck-Su-Namun would put herself in danger to help him! I’ll definitely have to do a full video on the film because I want to say so much but oh my goodness, I just love that scene so much! Sorry for the long comment, I really enjoyed this video. Excellent video as always!
@@DeniseRCruz I’ve heard speed really gets the blood pumping. It’s such a big movie I’m not really sure why I never got around to seeing it. But I am keen to check it out now that I own it. I love that for you 😂 the fear of watching it but then you’re grandma being low key cool with it 😂 I’m sure I’ll love it, love any sort of high stakes end of the world type movie, plus the cast is top notch. I’m glad someone else out there has fond memories of the live action Peter Pan, it’s quite high up my revisit list tbh. Hahah wow that crushing really was hardcore 😂 I don’t think I’ve seen him in many films recently though? Is he still a big actor? Such a interesting take on the mummy returns. I’ll have to keep a eye out for that scene on the rewatch. But 100% you should do a video on it. The best videos come out of passion for the material you’re talking about. Don’t apologise at all! I loved hearing you’re opinions, appreciate you for watching the video as always legend!
OMG NO WAY! Peter Pan (2003) was one of my absolute favorites as a kid! I had such a crush on Jeremy Sumpter. Lol!
@@DeniseRCruz was such a cool find, haven’t watched it in years but loved it as a kid. Hahah I can see that!
I only have 1 Goosebumps VHS tape in my collection "Stay Out Of The Basement" and I have some episodes of Power Rangers Time Force on VHS.
@@JoshuaCook-HRR The episode decent? I also watched the nightmare room by r.l stine growing up. Hell yeah man so you still collect some vhs or these are tapes from back in the day?
@@ninchmovies That episode is pretty good, I'm still collecting VHS tapes today. I post some VHS Finds videos on my YT channel.
@@ninchmovies Yeah I think it's pretty good, I still collect VHS tapes I post my VHS Finds videos on my UA-cam channel if you want to see them.
@ for sure man will give it a check out!
My favorite HB cartoons would have to be Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, & Secret Squirrel.
@@JoshuaCook-HRR I watched some yogi not heaps but I have yet to see any of huckleberry hound & secret squirrel. After revisiting flint stones I can say I still very much enjoy that & wacky races is my childhood. Appreciate you checking the video out legend
Hi! Thank you so so so much, from the bottom of my heart thank you for giving me a shoutout! :) I was also taking a break from UA-cam because this week has not been my week but I’m so grateful this is the first video I saw, you made my day and week a hell of a lot better! Thank you so much again! 🥹 You’re the best! & I actually love the microphone and webcam, it has a sort of 2000s feel to it but I am also excited to see what you create with the camera! :)
@@DeniseRCruz No need to thank me, much deserved in all honesty. Love the content you put out :) I hope you’re okay & whatever has been getting you down you have been able to get past :) Well I’m glad! I guess that’s true, definitely a 2000’s vibe 😂
@ aw! Thank you so much! 🥹 & I’m feeling much better, thank you! I spent basically the whole day yesterday with my cousins and my dog, Yogi. I even showed them your Channel and they subscribed to you! :)
Sounds like a lovely day tbh! Who wouldn’t want a hang with yogi after all. Aww legend appreciate that!
@@ninchmovies Yogi was living the dream! Lol! Of course, anytime! :)
The "Elmer Fudd" video, looking nothing like the Looney Toons characters, looks like a blatantly misleading questionably licensed cheap film.
@@haweater1555 I’ll have to revisit the tape but I do recall the episodes being legit. Probably just a poor cover or if in some way the character or episodes ever fell in public domain? Unsure. I agree though 😂 thankyou for watching!
The Hanna Barbara show looks like it might have been a forgotten TV special from the 1970s.
@@haweater1555 I grew up watching it tbh so have fond memories. Any old school Christmas special is appealing imo
Life comes first mate. Glad to have you back. Always look forward to seeing your VHS collections. I was so excited to hear that Romulus was getting a VHS release. Gonna order one to go on my display in the office. Enjoy your break
Appreciate that legend! And thanks for tuning in. Sounds good to me, planning to leave it sealed? Or you’ll test run the new quality of vhs? Hope you’ve been well 😊
@ninchmovies keep it sealed. Yea we are all good. Had a nice week off work with the kids for Halloween. Take care of yourself. Keep up the good work
@ Probably will turn into a more valuable collectable that way, I just have no will power to keep anything sealed 😂. Hope you enjoyed the time off and the kids had fun!
Not the webcam glitch! I want that vhs though
Hahah the laptops getting on in time too 😂 me too!
The Alien: Romulus vhs would be a great addition to any film collection!
So excited to hopefully get my hands on it, do you happen to know how limited it is? Did you pick up the terrifier vhs tapes?
@ I don’t know how limited it is. I heard 20th Century Fox hasn’t given that information yet, but that was about 11 days ago when I read that. And I didn’t know about the Terrifier tapes! I’m gonna have to look into those because they would be cool to have as well
@ fair enough, hopefully it’s still within reason to get it and not have scalpers take away the fun from the collectors. I believe the terrifier films got a vhs release, atleast in America I saw some out and abouts in Walmart featuring them
Robin Hood is my most favorite Disney movie. The snake is hysterical. When he crosses his “arms” in the basket -classic. Gwtw is a must see -I’m from ATL in Georgia so it’s part of one’s childhood here. I’ve never heard this super sad story be referred to as a nice little love story before. Hmmm 😂
@@sherrywaters3775 Love that haven’t heard many praise it as there favourite so I need to rewatch it. My favourites would have to be emporers new groove or treasure planet honestly. Oh that’s so cool that it’s part of the culture. Look 😂 my mum always said it was her favourite romance film so I may have underestimated my comment there 😂 good pick up tho 😉 and thanks for watching!
@@ninchmovies I told my daughter that’s what you called it and she just looked at me and said it was the most traumatic ending and she’s STILL not over it!! lol.
@@ninchmovies also. Your mom isn’t wrong. It’s an epic love story and I love it too, but they don’t all have happy endings (sadly)

In the cozy family movie room of my house, nestled among the bookshelves, lies an extensive collection of VHS movies. Each tape meticulously cataloged and organized into genres such as Live Action, Comedy, Horror/Thriller, Musical, Documentary, Sports, Kid/Family, Animated, and Anime. Not only that, but I've taken it a step further by arranging them by production companies, ranging from the likes of Amblin Entertainment to Ever Since the Pandemic Started. As the credits roll, my husband Adam and I, along with our five children, gather around. Our delightful array of offspring includes our bubbly 4-year-old identical twins Tyler and Laura, our adventurous 7-year-old son Keith, and our lively 9-year-old identical twins James and Hannah. With bowls of hot popcorn topped with melting butter, candy bars, and fizzy sodas in hand, we immerse ourselves in the magic of cinema. Sometimes opting for a heartwarming Kid/Family movie, other times indulging the younger ones with an Animated or Anime film. Hi NinchMovies, good to see you! I've sung the praises of "Mrs. Brown" & Billy Connoly previously- I'll just double down on that and also reccomend Judi Dench's more recent return to Queen Victoria territory in the film "Victoria and Abdul", which I believe is by the same Director, Stephen Frears.(?)I'm sure though not on VHS🤔🤷♂️. "Absence of Malice"(1981) is a good film with a powerful and always timely message about the power and responsibility of the Press. A lot of Oscar noms in it's year of release. Sally Field you may remember from "Forrest Gump" as Forrest's (Tom Hanks) mom- she's done tons of work, been around since the mid '60's w/her TV show "Gidget" & "The Flying Nun", etc. & BTW , two time Best Actress Oscar winner in 1979 & 1984. Paul Newman is stellar in "Absence of Malice" , but was virtuoso the next year ('82) in "The Verdict" with James Mason, Charlotte Rampling, and Jack Warden..if you ever come across that VHS , highly recommend picking it up! "High Noon" is an OG classic for sure...have a feeling your Grandpa's taste & mine are simpatico, lol. Great vid & haul, as usual. Take care 👊👍.
@@goodowner5000 reading this aloud I do actually remember the countless recommendations of it 😂 sorry it had slipped my mind. Well there you go! Haha nothing wrong with that, love my grandpas taste and passion for his movies. Appreciate you always for watching legend and laying down that knowledge. Have a great day my friend✅
Her Majesty Mrs Brown is a VERY good movie. Judi Dench is fantastic, as always. She is also the leading lady in the tv series As Time Goes By (just sayin). Robert Redford is usually stellar, but Spy Game isn’t one I liked. I saw Waynes World in theaters. I’m happy to see that people still enjoy it. Thanks for sharing your collection!
@@sherrywaters3775 Well I’m glad to hear even more positive things about her majesty mrs brown. It’s becoming a must watch very soon by the sounds of it. @@yayforledfe that’s it brother! Haha love that for you, nothing wrong with some classical music 🎶
The father was Leonard’s bully in the big bang theory, so the show loses credibility to me. As he was seen around adult Sheldon as another character when Sheldon’s dad was already dead. So I’ll never watch it for that reason.
@@devernepersonal3636 I suppose the show wasn’t a planned thing atleast maybe at that point in the Big Bang theory?. That’s fair enough but you are missing out on a solid show. Thanks for watching legend
I have never seen Resident Evil… 😰 Is it any good? & Would you recommend any or all of the sequels?
@@DeniseRCruz I hadn’t watched it in years. I can easily say the first one didn’t hold up at all 😂 can only assume the sequels aren’t worth it either
Love this show !!!
YES!! I absolutely LOVE anything Horror and True Crime & I love Vince Vaughn, I didn’t know Psycho (1998) got that much hate.. I must have selective hearing lol!! AW MAN! I completely and wholeheartedly understand why you’re pissed about the VHS Case, I get pissed when I order DVDs and I hear the disc moving inside. It hurt my heart when I saw the case, I hope you get a replacement, a refund or something at least. & I never Stephen Kind made his own ‘The Shining’, I knew he hated what Stanley Kubrick made but I will definitely need to see Stephen’s version. & aww You didn’t F up, I stutter and make mistakes too.. it’s what makes the video unique, in my opinion.
It was a very critiqued remake. Although a lot of early horror remakes seemed to get slammed. I guess people just don’t want to let go of the past sometimes 😅 luckily I have a few duplicate tapes to swap out the poltergeist case with. Was so disappointing but you get that sometimes. I appreciate the kind words! Always do my best to try make my videos authentic and unique. Thanks for watching legend 💪
Awesome pick up's mate👍 I love watching the Poltergeist movies back to back, lol. I have seen The Attic Expeditions when it come out. By memory it was good lol.Steven kings version of the shinning is so bad it's good hahah.I think we all had a copy of that Hollywood true crime vhs in our collection back in the day ahhhhh the memories 😂 I do remember Manhunter vaguely i had some of them on vhs😢
@@DeonCrawley Appreciate that legend Where does this poltergeist fall in the sequels? Well I was reading up on the shining a bit after the video, noticed it’s actually a mini series. But I’m in the mood for some so bad it’s good 😂 oh really that’s so interesting, I’ll have to check the documentary out soon. Thanks for watching :)
Hi NinchMovies . I'm sure you'll find the Hollywood Murders doc interesting- a lot of sordid, tragic goings on in Tinseltown. The Sal Mineo case was sad, he was one of the three that met untimely deaths that came to be known as the Rebel Without a Cause (1955) "curse", which was the three young stars dying under tragic and mysterious circumstances- James Dean in a car crash at 24 in 1955, Natalie Wood by drowning (some also say murder) in her early 40's in 1981, & Sal Mineo, late 30's , murdered in his parking garage in 1976.😔 The Black Dahlia is a VERY strange old Hollywood case, still unsolved since 1947 of would-be aspiring starlet Elizabeth Short..the details are too horrific to go into here- your tape will I'm sure 🤦♂️. Does your Doc also include the Manson Case (1969)? The Wonderland Murders (1981)? The George Reeves 'Superman' (1959)case? The Robert Blake ("Baretta") case of the early 2000's? & I'm sure there has to be the O.J. Simpson case of 1994. It should be an interesting watch. I kinda agree about Psycho- I don't mind it and Vince Vaughn is passable as Norman Bates, I mean the OG Anthony Perkins can't be touched IMO. For me, it falls into the category of "if it ain't broke, it don't need fixin'"- but I think the Director Gus Van Zant was in a no win situation either way with a revered Classic like Psycho, he probably would have been criticized if he had tried to change it up too much. Now, if you want to search out a Director that did loving homages to Hitchcock, check out Brian DePalma's "Dressed to Kill", "Blow Out", "Body Double", "Obsession" & he even did his take on "The Black Dahlia" in the early/mid 2000's w/Josh Hartnett & Scarlett Johansson. Sorry for my rambling..Enjoy your haul my friend! 👊👍
@@goodowner5000 wow I had no idea about the rebel without a cause curse. I obviously new of James dean but not the rest. How very interesting. I’m unsure what the tape entails just yet but I’m keen to check it out. I guess it all depends on when the tape was released. Especially in regards to the o.j trial. Wouldn’t mind hearing more on Christopher Reeve too. Such a icon of his time. That’s very true. It probably didn’t need to be made regardless but as you said it ain’t broke so it’s watchable. Nobody can touch Perkins in my eyes either but Vaughn had a decent crack. I’ll have to check into those movies soon! No need to apologise. I love the ramblings 😂 appreciate you always legend, hope you’ve been well :)

pretty genius episode.
@@devernepersonal3636 was a fun episode
Many people think the show went south at the point it went to Comedy Central. Those people are wrong. The show was great from its beginnings all the way through the original reboot. The First season of the hulu era was complete crap. The second season of that that is airing now, is pretty good. but clearly they dont have writers from havard anymore. or thats just what is produced from that school now.
@@devernepersonal3636 Couldn’t agree more. It’s just a shame it never got a good time slot in its original run time. If they got to keep striking while the iron was hot god knows how many more classic and well written episodes we would have
@@ninchmovies good point, either that or it would have become the Simpsons and just get worse and worse and never go away. It’s hard to say what the perfect run is for a show. Maybe those limited series that come in knowing they will tell a story in three seasons. Then again not sure how that works episodically, other than SpongeBob slowly turned to trash after season 3. Even it has good episodes that only exist because of its constant milking. So who knows. Kind of would’ve have been nice to see that reality for Futurama I guess.
@@devernepersonal3636 I think it’s hard to gage on a good run for animation due to the fact the episodes don’t need to link in story. Really just depends when you are still running a show years on and writers from the original run have moved onto other projects. Not sure but I agree with you. Sometimes you just can’t out do you’re classics and need to just let the show rest on a good note. But money and greed will always come first in the industry I guess
@@ninchmovies makes the voice actors happy at least. whether or not the episodes are good, it does give them work and pride and they all seem to have a lot of fun doing the voices. so there is that.
