    @32 “the most unimportant thing is the body.” Yet the fact remains that we are all rooted in the body. Without a body, the one would be a ‘Vaidehi’. Patanjali yog would be of no purpose to one without a body. There would be no place for the ashtanga of Yog. Without body there would be no breath either. So how to do with and for breath without the recognition of the body? I understand therefore, that the implication is not to unrecognise the body, but rather to understand its value with the correct perspective.
