Sleigh Bells Ring, Holiday Thanks & New Year Sneak Peeks!
I’d love to know the difference between the SAR9X and the GEN 3 and the SOCOM. I have the SAR9X. It is different than the standard SAR9 and that it has holes for an RMSC. I seen a few with Swapfox Sentinels on the x. And just feels a little different. When I contacted SAR, they said that the SOCOM slide, barrel, and trigger would all fit my SAR9x. Sadly they are not selling the SOCOM parts yet (besides the threaded barrel). I want to get another SAR9 full-size, but don’t know if I should go with another platinum X, or get the new GEN 3 I think sights and trigger would be what would push me to the GEN 3. But I can find the X for $250, haven’t found the GEN 3 under $380
@@BeowulfHagen I’ve been talking to them about aftermarket and trying to get upgrades for older models but I feel like the juice may not be worth the squeeze as far as upgrading when you can just get the socom. But there may possibly be upgraded older gen SARs coming out. So that could be a thing. I know after Shot Show things are going to start moving for SAR. I’ll let Juan know and maybe he can come in and answer your questions.
@@AngrySargeG01 I have 2000 rounds through the SAR9 x. First 150 was 124gr NATO. The rest has been 115gr mystery range rounds. So far, zero failures of any kind. I really believe in the platform. I hope it catches on.
@ yeah I think that one was thousands of rounds on it no real cleaning and it keeps kicking. The platform is really a good platform and definitely worth everyone’s attention. I appreciate your inputs and comments as well. I have a 2 socoms and they are my favorites I think the sport will be my next one.
You didn't comment on the gun and any thoughts on it.
@@67volksrodder you are right I have another video with my own socoms coming up where I talk about how I felt about them that was just us out at the range shooting it. I wasn’t reviewing it but I see what you are saying may be good info to have for people who want to know.

I bet that's a necessity especially in hotter climates, nothing worse than being uncomfortable in the heat.
@@mikemcclune1440 yeah but it definitely makes life nice in other climates as well. It was cold tonight and kept me nice and warm and not too hot.
We are gearing up to hit Shot Show in a few weeks. Use the code: “shotshow” on any orders for a discount! Don’t run a carrier? No problem, check out our wedges for EDC carrying!
It was just glad to meet you at Eric’s house the night we had dinner and you’ll love our product brother if you need anything else just reach out to me or Natasha and will help you out brother and stay safe out there
@@AnthonyPatton-ny6il thank you sir. I’m glad I got to hang out with yall at Erik’s as well. All 3 of you have been awesome to me really so thank you for that. I already love it I’ve been wearing it for a bit. Best upgrade to my best I’ve done. And I’ve been wearing the ice plates on my PC for over a year now. I will always do my best and I’ll be getting this product in front of my boss and it may be a department recommendation as well.
I’ve been using this product for the last 4 years as a competitive shooter. Not only does it keep you cool and dry in the heat, but insulates you in cooler weather. It adds a small layer of padding that makes wearing a plate carrier more comfortable. I also run it on all of my back packs. Definitely a product I highly recommend!
@@nckenney I’m still new to it but thank you for your insight on the product people really need to hear about it. I as well recommend this product.
@@nckenney thank you for stopping by and telling us your experience.
That is definitely for the cool guys and I help keep that surface temperature regulated and evaporate the old sweat no more rashes, boils, pimples, and most of your smells gone.

@@FrankLawtx1 i appreciate that support and o hope you like it after you use this video as your how to lol. But seriously thank you. I need to tell them they gotta get me a code lol gotta give the people what they want!
I can hear my old sensei boss saying “measure twice…cut once”. Neat product there Sarge. Thanks for the educational content
@@jasonschell9860 lol yeah it was a wild session first time ever cutting the panel. I have the ice plates kit. Very nice stuff. But to make your own is awesome too.
That does look pretty nifty. We like Angry Sarge, not stinky Sarge 😁. Gotta look into their stuffs.
🤣🤣🤣 thanks Z yeah they make plate pads too for carriers. I really enjoy their products and they are great people.
Might have to check into this stuff for work also
Definitely worth it I’ve been running their product for quite some time. Thank you for stopping by and watching and commenting.
Interesting product. This gets me thinking there has to be a better way of designing the armor, incorporating breathability with defense. Perhaps something with heat transfer properties to external cooling panels? Necessity: the mother of invention.
I really agree especially since we are transitioning from the old way of wearing our vests under our shirts to outer carriers and to also running Molle capable carriers. It’s evolving slowly but the armor companies do not concern themselves with heating and cooling or breathable properties. They are worried about defeating rounds and making it as light as possible which even by today’s standards soft armor is still heavy. Thank god for aftermarket companies who really go the extra mile to help us out. Great comment and thoughts bro thank you for watching.
Man that’s so sick!
@@bourbonoperator thank you man it has been a long wait to get that ramjet afterburner.
For starters,take off the mask🤡
What brand leg strap is that?
@@johnporter9752 it is just a leg strap my old company bought and then sewed their brand on it. I’m actually looking for a better leg strap for my updated duty belt.

SUP brother!!! You just need to stop picking up fat chicks lol, thats why your back hurts......I know from experience. those fat chicks are fun but rough on your back
Back problems is no joke. Anything to remedy is a good idea. Great info Sarge.
@@ZeonsZone yw Z i appreciate you showing up always.
Hey sarge, I just got the bang hanger! Do you recommend attaching it to the outside molle on molle belts or just over the belt like yours? Thanks for all the help!
@@chrischavez7550 hey thank you for watching . I hope you like the bang hanger as I currently love it. It’s light and comfortable with no pressure points from it. I have a new video up showing my current duty belt. I have it mounted in the molle on that one. To me it just made sense however you can mount it over the belt if you really want. I prefer it direct mount on the molle. No problem again thank you for watching and commenting.

That’s a beautiful tool. I EDC a sig. lots of people have mixed emotions but I’ve got over 2k rounds and it’s been flawless. That afterburner is 🔥
@@jasonschell9860 I know all the drama surrounding the p320 but the p365 has been mostly drama free. I will be figuring this one out to see if it’s the one I keep on rotation or just a fun shooter. It’s gonna be hard once I get the flux raider 365 built out. That thing is really cool. The afterburner is really nice. It definitely looks great on that slide.
Ooowee, that looks freaking sweet right there.
