Nice quick run down on med kits. Definitely having gear to stop the bleed is important. Good nitrile gloves are very important as well. Don't want to catch something while trying to help someone. BSI- Body Substance Isolation. Number 2 rule for ems (but very important). Gloves and glasses are standard and can up the PPE when needed. 1st is scene safety. Are they in a location or scenario where if you try to lend help, you will go down also? Can't help someone if you become injured or incapacitated. Great info for sure.
