I remapped after time because the problem is that you can not tell if there is another engine problem if its lit up all the time, and one time that became useful after i had one small issue

@@VincenzoSilvestri I do not recommend it, i had it before i programmed it out, and it messed with my ECU, tempomat did not work, the car had weird electronic glitches. The ECU is pretty compact and complex so yeah.

@Adam I agree partially with you. From a pure instinctive point of view you’re right. If had anytime in your life at least once a vintage car, you know for sure that as mechanical objects they deteriorate, parts broke easily and easily with time and the costs for repairs can brake many wallets. Just consider that on F40 a single launch start could result in a clutch change, at the cost of a brand new sedan. The gasoline tank must be changed every too short stints and each change is a kidney on black market (just a joke! Don’t get offended!). When they were brand new the situation was different. I am favorable to keep these jewels under low stress levels, and I don’t mean collecting dust over dust in a garage, but hard racing with a Picasso valued , one of its kind, Ferrari GTO breadvan that during a worthless race gets destroyed is more a lost for everybody here passionate about great cars of the past than a nice view. Search for the rip-off of this unique Ferrari I saw at Modena Museum two years ago and today is not anymore, considering that such wonderful vintage Ferraris are much slower than a Toyota GR MY2022, and modern “cheap” 488GT are much more fun to watch racing.

Not really, mclaren is a dominant trackcar in every way, even the fact it weighs 1.5t vs 1.8+ (lambo) helps

Never has issues even on Salzburgring which is 96Dba but can reach to 102Dba, i will be measuring it when the KAT delete happens but before i have no idea, it is around 100+ for sure though. Its about as loud as the old gt4

@@mannysingh6618 worth it, the heat build up is so much less and healthier for every component, especially the axles as when you sit after track one can feel the heat at the rear arches pour out in stock setup but after i installed the titanium its much less heat. I have never been on spa but would like to visit! If you want to link up for a trackday depending on the organisers, let me know!

Not on that day, GerCollector drove other cars, on that day it was a older driver driving, a retired pro. I believe giving passenger laps.

The setup is not stock, i run 3.2 ish camber infront and 3.8 in back, other parameters I do not know, on the T1 good point i stayed in 3 as i felt like it was a tad more stable for me, i tried 2 many different times but i felt like the approach to the corner was more important and focusing on that was my priority. I am stil learning the limits and trail braking, i am sure there are higher corner speeds possible but my skill is yet to improve, i hope to acheive 1:46 on the dot next time! I followed a good old GT3 997.2 around the track for a few laps and the cars seemed very similiar in terms of corner performance. There will be a next time

@@paymetofly Do not get Carbon if you want to track it, if you want to road get carbon. Track; Carbon costs a lot more, does not bring that much more performance or braking power, just less fade but if you swap out the pads on the standard pads (like I did here) then you are set and good to go.

I do not! I can try to make some with the better microphone but yeah, lets see what I can cook up. The GT4 is the perfect car, never looked to get anything more pricey or anything else even when it was a option. Best car hands down. Akrapovic is taking years to deliver! I hope you do not wait until christmas, I found mine lightly used.

@@petes283 yes as it uses gps for the timing, phone timing without antenna isnt accurate enough

Under 4000 the torque is much more noticable, not sure above, with all the noise i feel like it all becomes a mishmush. My CEL is on all the time now, I will update if i make a change to change that

Id say check again on a different pair of headphones, listen to the engine vowels, it sounds like the engine is actually in the car now and not next to the car behind a blanket. The Axle pipes have made it more pronounced, not sure if higher pitch or lower pitch, but the vowels are a lot more pronounced and tunnel runs are now a matter of having ears hurt vs. just a bit of fun. It has become much louder the engine on the outside.

Been 4.5 away from the record before! This was just more being cautious :) it is amazing they can do 4.5 seconds faster.

Correct! Above 4k the flaps open making it 3x as loud irl, even if you open the "flaps" on the control button it still does not open until 4k revs

@@carsontrack7351 Yeah, kinda strange. The button really only affects idle flap position, once you are moving, the button really has zero effect.

@@TRZ0612 Correct, my bad about the slightly wrong formatted comment. Indeed, in idle it makes a small difference (mostly on start) above 4k the difference is 0
