If they honestly removed "operators" and kept the og battlefield 3 player models with a slight futurism look to them then this game would he peak. Not a fan of some weird MOBA hero feel to battlefiled

Im so late to join BF2042 but i love this soudtrack. Makes me feel nostalgic and optimistic at the same time. A Theme For Kjell was a beautiful piece of music by the way

..unterschwellige Angst vor dem Unbekannten. Gemischt mit dem Gefühl der Euphorie die Zukunft zu sehen und zu ergründen. Wäre die Geschichte nur etwas anders verlaufen, hätte es sein können, dass Columbus diesen Track nach der Entdeckung Amerikas auf seinem Mp3 Player gehört hätte. Was er wohl dabei empfunden hätte. Vielleicht das selbe wie wir jetzt?

Nur sehr wenige Menschen empfinden bei dieser Art Musik etwas.. Ich schließe mich euch an.

I've found most of BF2042's soundtrack rather 'meh'. BF4 was the last series that had banger tracks. BF1's soundtrack was really good and it was more 'period accurate' but not really my thing. But when this played during Season 4, i was HOOKED. the right combination of upcoming dread over an uncertain dystopian future, but then progressing to a series of drops that just sounded so kickass, pumping you up so hard that the dystopian vibe melts away as you start kicking ass yourself in the game. I love it.

This song is perfect for the feel of 2042: a seemingly never ending war, global warming, traitors, and also the causality’s of war. This is beautiful

the music almost made me cry because it sounded so sad. so i didnt like it cuz once again it made me sad so now that its gone, now i’m even sadder

Battlefield 2042 definitely peaked in Season 4. Like don't get me wrong, Reclaimed and Redacted are OK maps, but Spearhead is the GOAT and this menu music tops all others.

I tried to like this OST. BF 2042 OST is not working. OST have too much ambient elements in it, no dynamic. BF 3 and 4 had much better OST. Each DLC was very different in 3 and 4. This music dont hype you up for a battle. I understand their art direction with climatic changes and dying world theme but it's not working in this game. But it's a good ambient track. I hope they will change their music in next Season. I want stuff like in BF 4 Premium.
