When I see emergency vehicles in games, I love watching the lights reflect off the walls. I'm not sure why, but I've enjoyed it since I was 10.

The Definitive Edition retains original sound effects which is kinda unsuitable for a remaster. I expected the new sfxs from the trailer and I disappointed when it was released

This is GTA 5 on steroids where the mechanics are realistic rather than cops shooting you unnecessarily

DE is terrible

The emergency lights (the one that actually work) are literally the only thing I like about the Defective Edition.

Notice how the LCPD in the DE uses the GTA 4 LCPD logo instead of the GTA 3 NYPD style logo

The update in DE is huge but saddly the undercover vehicles are bugged yet

Lol the police in this game is weirdly a passive. There's a few parameters to get one star. In the other gta games, once you start commiting crimes they gonna arrest you immediately

I gotta say even though they made some strange choices like giving the NOoSE operatives and FIB agents micro SMGs instead of assault rifles or carbines and having the army only spawn in tanks with a single soldier instead of having them operate in squad formation and use other vehicles like carrier trucks the police system in this game is surprisingly good, I especially like how the cops don’t immediately draw their weapons and will just hit you with nightsticks at one star wanted level
