1968 F100 heater box restoration

1968 Ford F100 radiator core support replacement

After months of looking for a usable OEM part I gave up and bought aftermarket. This support is made by Goodmark and seems to be pretty good quality. There is a rough comparison of the 67-72 and 73-79 supports at the end of the video for anyone interested.

Not a lot of action in this video. Mostly just how I fixed the ring gear issue. I got lucky this time and all it cost me was a bolt set and fluids. Could have been much worse.

Prepping and painting the floor of the cab I’m going to install in my truck. I hate bodywork and don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to painting so keep that in mind when watching.

Well the parts were too good to pass up. I ended up getting a good deal on some solid sheet metal. The cab has a good floor and i really needed that for this truck.

My Sniper EFI quit after 8 years. The injector driver on the ecu failed and I lost two injectors. Wait till you see what I replaced it with.
