I have had 5 new RAM trucks, 3 HD's and 2 1/2 ton trucks. Currently in a new GMC 1500 AT4 with the LZO and not sure I will ever consider another solid axel truck simply due to ride quality and excessive tire wear.

The 100,000 mile bumper to bumper definitely does not cover bumper to bumper for 5 years. They want you to believe that. But wont find out usually until theyre wanting to charge you for a repair under warranty.

I’ve test driven a new Ram Rebel that stalled 😂, a longhorn and got to test drive the Rebel X trim. Honestly, I’ve been driving them for over 20yrs. They may be bold and sexy but it’s the reliability that’s important, never had issues with the HEMI’ s. My thoughts on these are MEH, I’ll hold on to mine and continue to see if I find a ‘24 Hemi

You are seeing a short term fix for a long term issue. Vehicles are way over priced and consumers are not purchasing new cars. I am sitting out for a while till prices come down 25% or more.

I had a 2019 RAM LH Hemi 1500 that got reacquired by FCA because the dealer couldn't get parts, and after re-acquisition FCA had it parked from January until November because Huffines CDJR in Dallas couldn't get parts either. I replaced it with a 2018 TiTan Crew SV 2wd, that I bought on VROOM. It was delivered January 15, 2020 with 15K miles. It is a beast of a tow vehicle (gets better mileage than the RAM) and now has over 67K miles with combined 30K towing a 6,000lb travel trailer. This vehicle has been in the shop exactly ONE time for a whistling fuel tank, and will soon be getting the roof and tailgate repainted because of peeling (because of application process in Canton-numerous Nissans being repainted with same problem) Only issue, let it run out of warranty before got bad enough to care. Guess that's what I get for taking care of it and putting it in a garage...

The bottom line is they have to make a profit in order to justify a continued business case for that truck.

I would buy this over a RAM a thousand times over. Chevys are cheap, Fords are Garbage and RAMS are dodge and I just can’t do it.

135,000 miles on mine never seen a shop except for oil changes and tires. My parents have the 2024 Dodge ram Laramie I swear they taken that sucker to the shop at least 3 times not including all the recalls

I purchased a 2025 Ram Rebel. Love the vehicle. I don't think the truck is anymore overpriced than it's competitors. If you can't afford it, don't buy it.

Bro I call bullshit. I have an XD SL and I’m 6’4” I weigh 310 pounds I sprawl out in that truck when I drive. I also lay the passenger seat totally flat and sit in the backseat like a massive recliner on long trips when I’m not driving. Did you get that truck off temu? Think you missed on this one

I bought a new one in 2005 for 20K and it now has 110K miles and running great. I will drive until one of us dies. Great truck. Because of this I just bought a new Pathfinder for the wife.

I have a 2023 Titan platinum reserve 4x4 when I bought it was December 2023 tons of discount and rebates OTD price was 59 k .. MSRP was 72 k.. I do my homework and I think I have great deal on a luxury truck top of line of the Nissan titan fully loaded with v8 engine endurance 5.6 it’s a reliable engine no problems for me it’s a shame they have to discontinue this truck the bottom line is the dealer they don’t wanna make deals with the middle class the big three are so expensive even the basic truck or work truck to much money so that is why I chose the Nissan TITAN and I’m happy with it and my family too they enjoy every Sunday we go to church 🙏🏻

Titan is a better Truck for alot less and more dependable, quality with Ford, Gmc and Chevy has gone down the toilet. Ram is a piece of junk, you must be joking, you will never get a naturally asperated V8 AGAIN unless you can get a Titan. I got mine with 6000 mi on it for 38000. love it!

I'm 6foot with no problem with head room and I also have a long torso. love my 23 titan.

A fully loaded Laramie should be more then 70k with all the bells and whistles fully and extended warranty and paint overage and so on 70k period no truck is worth more then that and see 1500s at 60k is laughable at best

Have owned two of them now on a 2021 model, not a lick of trouble. No mickey mouse start stop, cylinder deactivation nonsense. Lastly, I like not supporting the UAW, in any way. When this one dies, it will be a Toyota or maybe downsize to the Frontier, but I will never buy a UAW made vehicle.

Toyotas aren’t really bought for luxury , they’re usually purchased if you want to see very high mileage with minimal maintenance out of the general fluid changes

My educated guess on the Grand Highlander. First possibility is that it’s simply a front wheel drive model, and the first time it rained and they tried to take off from a stop, the front wheels chattered because it couldn’t grab traction that well. And it was a bit of mistake on their part to settle for less than they wanted so they traded it for something they could get their hands on and that unfortunately was a Kia… GH’s are much harder to get a hold of to this day and are still virtually nowhere to be found at any Toyota dealership. Owner Wanted AWD, A GH was not available to test drive and buy, got the Kia in likely AWD. This vehicle shouldn’t be available in front wheel drive, and you should definitely not get one unless it has AWD. My second-guess would be they got a bad finance deal originally so they traded it in for some type of special financing deal for the Kia at a much lower rate and a better payment. Third guess that could possibly be a combination of the first guess, might be they just didn’t like the hybrid powertrain. It’s very different than a traditional Gas car if you’re not used to it .. and /or when you have the basic hybrid in the GH, it doesn’t have a lot of guts when it comes to acceleration. You need The standard model with the four-cylinder turbo all-gas or jump up to a hybrid MAX for the torque. It’s super weird and annoying that the middle option for powertrains has the lowest amount of guts. The Toyota 2.4 L turbo (yes I’m aware of this vehicle has the 2.5 L engine) is off to a really good start across all vehicles it’s available in, with very little problems that I have seen. And the naturally aspirated 2.5 L is as bulletproof as you can get any modern day vehicle. I have yet to see one of them fail, except for one in a Camry, where the guy had a pop and bang tune and thrashed the crap out of his vehicle every day and it failed at 100,000 miles. I’ve worked at multiple dealerships and I have seen people trade in cars for the stupidest reasons or because they didn’t like one specific thing about the car or they regretted not getting one specific option. I saw that ALL the time. So I doubt there was anything wrong with that vehicle. I’m very active in a lot of the Grand Highlander groups on various platforms, and virtually everybody’s extremely happy with the car minus a few small nitpicking complaints. So if you’re going to get one, make sure it’s exactly what you want, the finance deal is right, and don’t settle.
