If you have a bad clog can you blow air back through the line you're going to blow water all over the place go to use a Shop-Vac in are inside a Shop-Vac outside sucks it out pretty damn good this came from a guy's been doing it over 40 years

Those are junk, unfortunately, I've had them, and eventually they mess up the refrigerant levels. They make a 90* low-loss fittings that they sell at every supply house...they work perfectly.

All that did was blow the obstruction away for a moment. It will clog back soon. Clean the obstruction and problem solved. This happens to furnaces with AC alot. You have to clean the rust out of the drip pan. Or the debris from what ever that tube was being clogged by.

You lost me at the Goodman bashing. 41 years in the trade and I find just as many Trane, Lennox and Carriers failed as Goodmans. Coils from 2006 era were leakers but are long gone. Its a bad installer, not Goodman.

Most units use Copeland scroll compressors. An ofm is an ofm. Differences between brands are minimal. Brand bashers simply are novice installers that can’t read a micron gage or properly size a system
