I don't know whether Usain Bolt just was the greatest sprint talent of all times or if he was just cheating in the most unobstrusive and intelligent way. Jamaica has been notorious for it's close to non- existant unannounced doping controls. Plus, 100m has been amongst the uncleanest disciplines in track and field. Most world class sprinters cheated. Without doping, 10s are still the natural limit in 100m.

usain bolt started “jogging” like 10 meters before the finish. asafa powell… maybe 6-8 meters. did they leave some time on the table in these races? yes. but you’ve exaggerated quite a bit.

Blake was literally the second best sprinter of all time and it’s not debatable, second fastest in both the 100 & 200m of all time aswell

Asafa was also banned for doping whereas Bolt never was
