Everything in this house is special. The vintage vibe is very sophisticated and glamorous! Could not tell kids live there. Nothing was out of place. Will watch again!

I love your kaftan, I love chintz and florals, flowers on panels and delicious smelling candles, fringes and scallops and lots of color and blue and white as well. I love everything about tabletop too and think your dining room is gorgeous. I love everything about it, the table,chairs, tablecloth and the blue and white plates. I love how you have put together your beautiful home for your husband and children. You really know how to put together and make a home. Lord why oh why am I not living in Texas so I can be surrounded with beautiful people who love beautiful things as much as I do?

I live in Dallas and have been in wonder for years why no one has torn down that tiny house in that little town of University Park where SMU is located. Tear downs are common and cottages are replaced by huge houses! This charming unusual home always stays the same! Now I know why! I am assuming Mr Minton has been there a long a time! Mrs Betty Gertz he mentioned was a most important player in DFW Asian Antiques! The East and Orient was her spectacular shop and her mansion on nearby to UP, Beverly Dr mansion in Highland Park was renowned for being as amazing as his home, only much larger. I am going to make it my business to use a nearby connection also in design to meet Mr Minton and see this magical place while it still exists!

This house structures, furnitures , and the decorations shows elegance and family friendly. I like it that Mrs. Angela Meyers indicated that a room is children’s freed and it’s okay to let the kids know that there is boundaries. I love the master bedroom decoration and the baby blue wall paint, and being that l like wall paper I’ll framed them as you did. The only downside to this home tour is the fact that she wants to move because the house is in a neighborhood that she Really doesn’t feel comfortable or enjoys. I identified her feeling with regards because she repeatedly. I hope that Mrs. Mayer finds a house in a neighborhood that she enjoy because her home’s elements are gorgeous!

I knew at some point she would say that she is "obsessed" about something or other. Is that a prerequisite for hosting a Homeworthy video? There were many lovely things that I really liked in her home. I love a staircase that is black and white with a dark bannister...a relatively simple design element but I do love it. She had many great pieces but why do many people hang art that is so bland such as the painting in her designated entryway when there is so much art out there that is outstanding?

Sorry, I didn't see the appeal. The house was too small and lacked visual interest.
