This is lovely. The only thing that seems off to me is the Mantle and TV being so high up, it may look more balanced by bringing it down by about a 18 inches.

I don't understand her response about writing a letter to the homeowner when the house was already up for sale. Did she write the letter after putting in an offer? Didn't make sense since she asked in the letter to keep them in mind if she ever decided to sell.
