Use flannel charcloth
Blacky turned me on to your stuff. I use alot of the same ideas for camp and resources. I usely use a 55 gal liner for a leaf tick. But your cloth bag looks like a good idea. Wondering what the item is around your neck
That is an o p s g shimandana, it's like a schmog, but thinner and made of american materials. And you can have it made for you in any material, it's the same size. Awesome pouch soft goods The particular one that I have around my neck is actually my brand in color so I get a 10% kickback if you get that, but let me tell you, I recommend you go on there and get whatever color you want. He has over a 100 and multiple different. I'm materials
He has 95k subs at $5 its about 475k.. easy peasy folks. Lets pay it back!!
Amen
Sorry I missed the live.
No problem it was Don't on a whim. I felt selfish for not getting online. And trying to provide a live for blackie's viewers while he was sick, so I just hopped on and did what I could
@offthecouch1999 you did great bud! I was glad to see it. Im usually at work for his lives but sometimes I catch them live. It was good to get an update. Im sure a lot of people are saddened for him. I mean for cryin out loud I never met the guy but absolutely love hearing his stories. Ive lost 70 lbs since I first heard his Silver Wolves walking stick vid almost two years ago. Thanks for all you do as well.

Hey,... ya got a truck and a chainsaw onsite.. did you forget a man sized shovel??

Did you get a new knife and or sheath? Is it a "stitch gear"?
Its a prototype for sriched gear. I dont show thw blade because its pre production
@offthecouch1999 very cool.
Bro I wouldnt care if you were in a koa.. sleeping outside down south, outside of February, takes brass balls.. snakes and gaters.. I just know Id wake up with one..
Folks dont realize that till rhey wake up with somthin at thier face or feet
What knife was you carrying on your belt. I seen it was a stitched gear outfitters.
@@michaelbrunner6654 It is an early model prototype to what I do.Believe is a production knife on his end. I don't show it online because it was a pre-production model and I don't want anybody to think that the prototype is also finished product quality. Good video but have 2 questions where does one get the browse bag and is it treated or is it naturally water resistant look froward to seeing next video and thanks
@@BlueCrawfish I sell them on my website. They are light canvas, or they are Naturally, water resistant. I wouldn't call them waterproof by any means I will do a video soon on how to do that. If you choose, but right now, you can make them dirty and then wash them in your washing machine
They are sold online at the outfitter. On the internet, in the link, in the description

Enjoyed the video. Proper clothing choice is something I would like to hear from you if you have a video on it could you point me to it please .
No but i can make one. Old style is funtional i use it often but there are modern articles that are just as if not better than my usual clothing.
@ that would be good I have trouble keeping warm getting old and it’s a lot harder than it use to be
@BlueCrawfish My biggest advice up front. No matter how expensive it is, no matter how well it used to work anything that sucks to you and is if not loose, fitting is going to cause you issues because it is restricting Blood flow that is already restricted age. It's natural, so please don't take that with anything disrespect. If your socks are tight, you need new ones. If you're underwear are tight, you need new ones.If your gloves are tight, you need new ones et.C. I'll do an in depth video soon
Good setup, thanks for sharing ,YAH bless !

I've been wondering what to fill an emergency browse garbage bag with out here in western Washington. We don't have many leaves but, ferns, tips off evergreens, ect. That will take experimenting. Thanks for the good video.

Thanks Dakota for the video and giving us more information on the bedroll pantry. I was thinking about some more ways to use this piece of kit. One of the the ways that the bedroll pantry could be used is as a miniature bear bag when you're in bear country or areas where certain types of animals may be. Since the canisters are air/waterproof, either before or after you had a meal, you could take some kind of rope tie one end to the belt loop that's attached to the bedroll pantry and the other end to a weight of some sort. Whether it's a stick or a rock, ( whatever you prefer.) and hang it from a branch when its not in use. What are your thoughts on that? Have you thought about that as well? What other ways have you considered how it can be utilized? I be very interested to hear on other ways you can employ it since I bought 2 of them and I can't wait to use them in the field the next time I go camping.😊
@@kamelot4324 i acrually have never had an issue wirh them in that reguard. Had a few bears come through camp and i dont think the recognised it as a food device. But i have hung it up a few times on hiking trips. I even submerged it under some rocks in a creek too. The green ones a good signal and area marker.
@@offthecouch1999Thanks for the response back. I like the idea of submerging it in a creek or any other water source, because not only is that another way to help protect your food source, but the creek can also be used as a natural refrigerator during seasons when the weather is a little warmer. I love the versatility of the bedroll pantry. Thanks for the advice. Ttyl 😊
@@offthecouch1999also, I bought the green one simply because it matches parts of my ruck, since I was going to employ it for travel outside my pack. So I got that color mainly for ascetics. I think that the orange one is way more practical in many applications.
@kamelot4324 ohh for sure i personally loke the look of tje brown one best
More cooking from the pantry, I need more ideas!
Very well!!!! We shall make it happen.
You happen to think about selling just the jars? Sometimes I think having a few extras ready to go in the truck would be a good idea
Sure i can look at making that happen. We usually have a few odd numbers wirh rhe canisrer to sleeve ratio. Ill try to sort that out here before the holidays
enjoyed...!! Don't forget to put the black pepper to that rice...lol
Yummy. Yeah i reckon i could put it righ kn int here.

@@smd482000 not too sure what your saying brother sorry.
I started experimenting with "Red Lentils", the Red Lentils cook quick (5 minutes), ratio 2.5:1 water:Lentils. Ex:. 1/2 cup Red Lentils + seasoning + 10oz water, boil 5 minutes, let sit 5 minutes, ready to eat.
