u just started.... you'll get there. your explanations and description on having more testosterone sounds about right... i recognize those effects but im not on hormones, unfortunately for me, cus im not trying to change. it just comes naturally. i don't know exactly wen it started for me, bcus i been dealing with ragging hormones for years, but i'll tell u this much, stress will do it. me living with a toxic person, environment, and dealing with hard situations enforces my testosterone levels. the stress, arguing, and pushing my body to pull off all nighters has upped my testosterone big time. now i know how men feel as i was unloading stuff from storage unit to truck in the freezing cold, made me gain even more hormones just to survive the night. just hard work, no drugs_ my body produced it naturally on its on to tough it out. im a biological woman from birth, and dont want to change. but body, voice, reactions, does it anyway. my advice to u is try goin on real physical adventures. or stay out all night working in the cold. that oughta make a man out of you. you look like a boy, but you're young, that's perfectly fine ❤️🔥👍
Meep
So cute😘❤️ if you still Single hit me up!
Why don't you do another video?
Hi man how are you hope all's well!
If someone told me in 2018 women will be able to become men quite easily, in 1999, I would've laughed my ass off.
This is the latest of your videos I find. You’re such a handsome brave young man and I hope by now you are at a happy, comfortable point in your life. You deserve the best.
I think I can understand you wanting male-type genitalia, but maybe it will become totally acceptable for ftm people to retain female parts, and just wear prosthetics (as many do) so people won't need to go through all the pain of this surgery. Physical androgyny must be the next logical step.
It is acceptable and some people are fine having a vagina, but others don't and want a penis. It's not for others or to be accepted, it's for yourself, personal preference.
It is acceptable to most but some the bottom dysphoria is not... Soothed? By prosthetics. I myself won't be getting any bottom surgery as there is this amazing sounding product that's going to be available in the future. It's giving my lots of hope. [Check out the Bionic it's from transthetics]
@@fiftyshadesofgay9193 There have been no updates on their project in years! Also, for the one who says wearing prosthetics is the way to go, you obviously haven't used them. I haven't found an STP that works, and I will not change my clothing style to get it to. I wear fitted pants (dress, casual, shorts and jeans), so it wants to bend upwards, resulting in accidents. They're uncomfortable frequently, unless you buy ones you can't piss with. Prosthetic penises get old, as do binders for the top. Harnesses are needed, which adds to discomfort. So, of course, one would want something they don't have to mess around with, pee in stalls, etc. Truly know what you're talking about before assuming anything about such devices.
@@kingrayog I'm too scared to get surgery there tbh, it's the main reason I'm not doing anything. Also, they updated it a few months or so ago, actually! They've moved up a stage now ^^
can you explain where to wrap the coflex tape and what else to use? im keen as to find something that works, p.arnott.w@gmail.com
Do you have Instagram?^^
I do! Don't use it very much, it's mostly hiking pictures. Same handle as here on youtube.
Quick question... Was the delay in returning to work because of the arm or the phallus.?
Neither. I could have gone back to work around the 3 month mark personally, but my work situation was odd. I actually had to quit my job to have surgery. I work at a very busy animal hospital on shift schedules and they could not cover the amount of time off that I was needing for surgery. I eventually returned about 5 months post op after I'd looked into moving on to another job.
Glad you are doing well my brother! I’m 8 weeks post op phalloplasty and your vids have helped me! Hope to see more from you! Check my channel out if you get a chance. ✌🏼🙌🏼
Welcome back Ethan. Thumbs Up and Good to see you. You look happy.Happy your happy with your Penis. I missed and look forward to watching more of your videos. Best wishes to you and your Girlfriend and Happy New Years 2018. God bless and Thank you for sharing. It is Good .
What kind of insurance do you have? I’m from WA too
At the time I had Group Health, now Kaiser Permanente. I had a really good case worker that helped me through the process.
Hi. Thanks 4 sharing. I'm almost 3 months post. Wondering if you have experienced any increase in length due to gravity?
You know, I think I might have gained a small fraction in length due to gravity, but nothing very noticeable. I'm sure it's different for different people. Skin elasticity will play a big part for sure. I've also heard of guys shrinking post op, and then getting back to their initial length immediately post-op after several months of healing/gravity.
I'm so happy for you Ethan! Thanks for sharing your journey. It is so great to see you light up when you talk about the mountains and peeing with fellow dudes. You rock.
Hey! Nice to hear from you! :) I have recently had my erection rod and the testicles done! So when you are ready and have the opportunity I recommend the rod! 😜 If you have instagram search for @ftmzack. 😉 Happy Christmas!
Thanks man, I appreciate the info. I do have instagram, though I just got it a few months ago, so I'm not very well versed in using it. I'll check you out. Hope all is still going well with your implants.
Thank you for making this update Ethan! I can see this is a difficult topic for you to talk about to the world. But I appreciate your insight. You look great:) and I'm happy that you have found someone that is accepting and makes you feel comfortable through this journey. Best wishes
Thank you! It is a bit difficult to talk about, but I'm glad I can share, and hopefully help anyone else who's going through this process.
Its a shame you had to go through a court ordeal to change your name. In the UK it can be done by post you certainly dont have to go to court. You have the right to privacy it seems not to have been respected through your name change process.
Yeah, it's not a great thing, but it's behind me now. It does seem like it should be a more private matter.
Great video
Thank you!
How can you orgasm?
Pretty much the same way I did before. The original "clitoral" nerve is still intact and is attached to a nerve in the phallus. Most of my sensation is still in the base of the phallus, but it's not hard for me to orgasm.
Good for you and you are very sexy!
That's good!! Happy for you! And you are very sexy!!!
Hey Ethan, I'm a pre T in the closet FtM and I really appreciate your videos. I was wondering if you'll be making an update video? With phalloplasty do you get sensation? I'm very curious as I'm interested in this myself.
Thanks for reaching out. I am planning on making an update soon. I just passed the 1 year mark post-op and things are going well now. I do have sensation with phallo, but it's not full though I was told this could take up to 2 years. I will try and address that in the video. I definitely still have the ability to orgasm. Sex is a little different than I expected but I also don't have an implant yet, and not sure when/if I'll get one.
😍
You have the sweetest, nicest voice! I just want to hug you, you are so cute!!!
Bio oil for your arm will help.
you are SOO handsome <3
Thank you! That's very kind of you to say.
Do you wear just your usual underwear (as in the kind you wore before surgery) or have you switched the the ones that have a pouch and hold your junk in front of your body? I've talked to a lot of guys and they prefer the ones with the pouch - just trying to see what most guys prefer!
ethan hows your healing doing? and ever considered going to philly heath conference?
I'm pretty much fully healed at this point, at least physically. I need to make an update. I've thought about it, and I might some year, but probably not this year. I usually go to Gender Odyssey in Seattle since it's close to me.
Ethan Z thanks man.. that's great, ill be getting phallo in march so saving up for all expenses . but stoked that ur all healed up. life's lookn great man.

Thank you for sharing!! Great to hear from you. :) Always look forward too see your videos! I just hade done stage one my self and have some strugel, it's nice too see that it will be better with time.
Thanks Zack, that means a lot. I'm always happy when I know my videos can help, so happy to share. Congrats on having stage one done! It will get better. I had moments where I doubted that, but it is getting better day by day. I hope you have some good support around you as you go through this, because that also helps with the struggle of this major surgery.
Hello Ethan can I ask who was your Dr. For Phallo?
I had Dr. Crane in Austin, TX. His new practice.
Ethan Z I wonder if blue cross shield would be accepted in Tx next year.
Congrats! Mr. Ethan Sir. Looking good thanks for sharing your story and results. You are helping me too. I was told Imy penis would be 5 inches too. Awesome. Must be Great to see on your self your your own thing you know. Great inspiring video. Look out ladies Ethans in town. My friend Best wishes! Stay safe , healthy and happy. U Cool people Bro. Thank you! I appreciate your comments. I'm glad I can help others with this channel, it's why I make the videos. I want people to have all the info they can have.
Will echo the sentiment from other viewers that I'm sorry you have a fistula. When you said you had a moment of "what if I have to go to a local hospital/doctor? How would the treat me? Would they know what to do?", it really struck a chord with me. It emphasizes how far behind the medical community is when it comes to the care and treatment of trans people. I really wish you the best brother. Hope this clears up on its own.
Thanks man! I agree, our medical community has a long way to go. My health insurance case manager asked me to be on a panel next month to discuss my surgery experience with medical providers, so I'm excited to see how that goes.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Getting my stuff in order to have lower surgery. I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability, Cheers
eww
Thanks for the update! It's very informative. I'm glad you're doing well in general but I'm sorry you've gotten a fistula. I can see how that would really be a downer. But I know it'll get better; Dr. Crane can fix stuff really well.
Thanks and you're welcome. I'm glad people find it informative. I feel like my videos are a bit long sometimes, but I have so much I want to talk about. I think the fistula is finally resolving on it's own, but yes Dr. Crane would certainly be able to fix it!
Sorry to hear that you had some problems with your healing. I hope you heal quickly and you will not receive any more problems. All the best to you! Thank you for sharing! I'll hope to do the same operation, hopefully this December. :)
Thanks! Good luck to you with your surgery. I hope all goes well and you have a great experience. Just know that it will be hard, but it will get better!
im going to crane as well. same location as well. thanks for sharing!
No problem! Good luck to you. The Austin team was great, I was really impressed with the hospital staff.
I feel like they know what theyre doing and that whole team just seems like they take care of you. :) thank you man, ill deffinitly post as well.
Hi Ethan, Thanks for letting us know about some of the psychological issues associated with the surgery. Mostly, everyone talks about the physical healing only. I had mono as an adult, and I felt so bad that the most I could do was shower once a week. I had trouble keeping my head up just to eat. This went on for about 8 weeks. I remember thinking that I couldn't understand how others could bear it to be sick for months or years. I Just don't know how they do it. Yours will pass and you can finally feel you have the "parts" you should have. Plenty to look forward to. Speedy recovery.
You're welcome. I think the emotional/mental side gets neglected a lot when we talk about surgery recovery, but it's a huge part. Mono sucks, and I definitely feel for people who go months or years being sick. Thanks for the well-wishes!
Thanks for the update! I'm glad you're doing well.
Thanks Allen!
Thanks for sharing! :)
Thanks for watching!
holy shit man, YOU DID IT!! Congratulations :) I'm glad you haven't experienced any major complications and appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Wishing you an easier recovery moving forward.
I know, part of me still can't believe it! Thanks for the well-wishes. I'll try and update throughout my recovery; hopefully it helps other guys.
Rooting for you!
Thank you so much, Finn!
Great update Ethan! I'm sorry to hear the surgery schedulers caused so much unnecessary stress! I'm glad you're all good to go with your original plan and I am so excited for you. Thanks for being such a great inspiration!
Congrats on your hysto! Thanks for the informative update.
Thanks Allen!
Hi Ethan, I'm going for a consultation with Dr. Crane on Tuesday. I hope things go smoothly for you from here on out and I look forward to future videos. Thank you for sharing.
No problem! I hope you have a good consultation with him. I'm hoping things go smoothly too. I would add that overall I'm still excited for surgery, I just have some issues with his staff and miscommunication. I will try and share more as surgery gets closer. Also will try and do some post-op videos. Good luck to you!
Ahhh good luck bro!
+A L F I E Thanks!
You're such a sweet soul. :)

That's cool that you were an English major! I have a master's in English and teach English at community college, and I've taught Orlando in an LGBT Lit. class! It's a good one. Woolf is a genius.
