I counted it up, they fought a full minute inside the bolt of lightning, and the bolt didnt even get to play out its full strike, before Kaido dispersed it. Thats on top of luffy throwing 6 of them to entrap kaido, then bouncing between them so fast that him bouncing between 6 lightning pillars and attacking kaido at the same time looked like no movement was ocurring at all. I feel putting one piece characters in mftl speeds is a stretch. Yes they can react to those Stacy’s due to time perception abilities but I don’t think there are any characters moving faster than light - a few outliers (kizaru, van augur, law to name a few)
