Good video, would have been nice to see the process of removing the cowl!! what spark plugs you use on yours?
Thanks. I always use NGK spark plugs. 😎
@@KyushaStyleTuning what variant of ngk plug would you remember? Got a project car came with bosch ones
@@Nagfan09 just the basic standard jobs nothing special it’s my daily so doesn’t get tracked or raced. 😜
@@KyushaStyleTuning Cool thanks...keep the vids coming anyway, will help me do small jobs on my own one!
No problem. Will do. Rust repair next 😬
Leute, lasst euch nicht verarschen!!!!!
😃
I have a 24 camry with 1200 miles and 1 bottle made it look brand new again
😃
Could it be like my novus When I apply novus to my cd's, dvd's and my game disc, I have to leave on until. It's dry and when I gently buff it off. The scratches are gone and the disk plays excellent. Could that be the missing factor here
It could be? Might be worth a try. The novus sounds interesting. 🤔
Nice mate. Is it difficult to get parts for at all? I imagine some parts could be used from a newer Nissan such as the primera?
Yeh pretty much like hens teeth for a lot of the stuff. N14 sunny stuff does work with a little modification though. Haven’t thought about Primera parts. 🤔. Might have to look into that. 👍
I think we’ve got different definitions of ‘grubby’ 😂 Looking super fresh!
Haha! Thanks. I still think it needs work. 😂
IT WAS THE FUSE IN MY CASE
Glad you sorted it out. 😎👍
wow what a shiny engine bay, only managed to spot 1 improvement u can make :D u could Shield your intake filter from engine a bit :) edit: for even more cold air and horses
Thanks. Takes a lot of cleaning. 😂. I might do the shield 🤔. It does have a cold air feed from the front bumper though. Plus it’s not that fast to be honest. 😂😬
Die Werbung verspricht viel mehr als das Produkt hält. Nichts Besonderes! 👎🏽👎🏾

Very stylish...✌️ How do we obtain the round piece?
It’s from a 1989 sunny ZX. So pretty rare. 😃
Ahhh ok... 😊Thank you.. @@KyushaStyleTuning
love to see how you plan on repairing this, i have the same problem, here in Canada
Should be starting the repair in the next week or so. Fingers crossed it should go smoothly 😬. Thanks fir watching. 😎👍
so you got a leak as well huh. i have water collecting under my left back seat but i think it comes from the side and not roof. Rear side window seals might be bad and under roof weather seals u can find weld cracks/rust, even heard stories like middle brake light leak and if rubber trunk seal is cracked water gets between metal gap under trunk seal and ends up in the side and collects under rear seat. i haven`t found any video in which guy removes those small triangle windows without destroying them. On my car i definitely can see gap there and i would test it with hose for leak no.1, and after under roof seals, clean and re-seal all water path going in the trunk.
Yep. Looks like it 😢. I haven’t found from exactly where yet but I will look at the areas you mentioned. 👍. The floor could have spread from the sill or the other way around. Lots of work to be done now. 😂🛠
Muy mal producto no sirve 😢
🙁
That`s some proper wheels here :D
Very similar to my Avensis Verso's engine, a 1AZFE. Just did the cam cover gasket on it yesterday! didn't have the best of luck with the previous one, lasted only 1,5 year before leaking again. Hope the current one will last a bit longer
I’m hoping this new gasket lasts longer too. 😬.
Good job, and another good thing is that these are chain driven, no belts to worry about snapping!
Thank you. I agree. Great engines all round really :)
Bought this to try out as it’s a bit cheaper than polar blast, but this stuff is piss poor , don’t waste money on this get polar blast.
I will have to give polar blast a try 🤔
WOW. did MOT poke u with screwdriver :D
I only took the side skirt off! 😂😂. And most of the sill came with it. 😂Looks like I will be doing some welding next week. 🙄
yeahhh... I wish i could weld, my rear is quite rusty mostly behind oem muffler heat shield, only not rusted part is my rear subframe cuz its new :D triple coated with dinitrol ML, undercoat and wax :D
@@shutu6338 welding is all down to practice. I use gasless mug at home. Not ideal but cheap and gets the job done. Did you get a brand new subframe or was it refurbished? Mine looks like it off the Titanic 😂
@@KyushaStyleTuning dont know if refurbished or new but it was with original tag from place who sell "original parts" payed like 150pounds(180eur) last year
@@shutu6338 Thats not a bad price. Definitely something ive got to do soon. :)
What version is this?
Do you mean the DAW? Cakewalk by Bandlab.
Woo Hoo! Ya got 1K, 2K and more will come sooner than you can imagine. Congratulations.
Thanks! 😃. Hope so. Onwards and upwards. 😃🎉
Congratulations on you 1K subs mate.
Thanks dude! It’s taken a while but great to finally get there. 😎🎉🎊🎉🍾
@@KyushaStyleTuning how long has it taken you? I’ve been at it 2 and half years now?
9 years and 644 videos. 😂. Only been taking it seriously ish the last five or so.
Hmm interesting, update us how long it lasts. I found what makes all kind of sounds on my Celica after exhaust swap. old exhaust manifold/flange dont know how to call them just 2 bolts with springs :D squeaky buggers maybe leaky ring gasket also. while engine running i pushed on exhaust and sound was gone.
Will do. Hopefully it will stay glossy. Glad you found where the noise was coming from. Have you put a differnt manifold on? I was looking at stainless ones.
@@KyushaStyleTuning no dont have budget for it yet. but i did get full gravity exhaust from UK 300Pounds. I like it but i need to put some work into it cuz some holders were re-welded not like OEM and muffler doesnt seal properly need some elbow grease and sadly exhaust didnt come with bolts only 1ring gasket :(.
@@KyushaStyleTuning also i got stainless(i believe) sport cat(payed 90eur) welded in Euro3 just to remove exhaust smell, it still smells when cold cuz Sports cat :D for 5mins
I’d like to do full stainless at some point. Maybe If I do an engine swap. 🤔😜. I’ve got the Japspeed back box which is nice but loud with out the silencer in it. 😬
@@KyushaStyleTuning Not 100% sure but i think japspeed and gravity is same shit, but japspeed is like 200pounds more for full exhaust dont know why the company buildings are next to each other :D
Thanks for the video. I dismantled my K2 and replaced the pump head. The pulsing is still there, though. Do you have any other ideas?
Check for leaks on the intake or outlet pipes. These can crack with age. Glad you liked the video. 😎👍
since i plan changing waterpump and thermostat this weekend. i wanted to ask how much coolant do you think i will lose and need to buy.
You will probably loose around 3 ltrs or so. 1zzfe hold around 6 / 7 ltrs. I always order the concentrate if I can or ready to use. They come in 5ltr bottles ready to use so you should have some spare. 😎👍
@@KyushaStyleTuning guess my 0.8L left over wont be enough :D gonna pick 5L G12/G12+, it aint expensive when u work at autoparts store :D. i saw u got some crazy spec G13 mannol -40C in UK :D hope it mixes well with your current coolant. standart red LL should be fine for me
@@shutu6338 yeh ordered by accident. 😂. Seems to have mixed fine.
@KyushaStyleTuning did i miss or you didnt mention. is there still that sound after shutting engine down ?
Different sound now. The AC compressor clutch is sticking. 🙄. Another job on the list.
I got my Silver Gen7 140bhp out of winter hibernation a bit later than normal this year at the beginning of June, flew through the MOT, just replaced the original Radiator after 18 years and 163k miles
Excellent! My mot is due July. 😬
Tips for valve cover gasket. You will need some high temp silicone(~300C "reinzosil" or other) on 2parts where timing chain cover meets, also i didnt see 2 O-ring seals for 2bolts in middle of valve cover i dont know if they are necessary but my valve cover gasket(ELRING) came with them. I almost destroyed valve cover cuz forgot there was 2 bolts left in the middle :D
Thanks for the tip. Yeh didn’t come with the center gaskets. 🙄. Had to re use the old ones. Video coming soon.
sadly ridex didnt come with gasket. Today i got my AISIN pump it has gasket and even says on box MR2 1zz Celica 1zz, its nice to see celica listed on part, usually most parts i buy aftermarket for celica says Corolla e12 corolla verso Prius 1st gen :D
I was a bit disappointed with the Ridex water pump. No O ring gasket and no longer bolts. Seems to be ok though. Hopefully. 😂
how long did it sit in the coffee?
About 24hours. It didn’t change that much really. May need stronger coffee. 🤔
Question. What waterpump you got? Mine now is Shiny silver on the part where belt goes so i guess mine is not original, cuz i bought car with swapped engine, i plan to get Aisin pump i believe its same as original and it has black pulley.
It’s a Ridex pump. They do a lot of aftermarket parts. Not bad price and good quality. Auto doc has a good range.
Today I spent 8hours on celica. managed to replace left and right engine/trans mounts. got lucky bought aftermarket hydro mount for corolla 1zz engine "kavo 9003" 40eur and just needed to swap holder arm with old one and it fit :) cuz OEM is like 200eur+. and side transmission mount i got from US amazon 30eur + 40eur shipping(crazy). edit: also got front mount from corolla Febi 15eur ish and hard part gonna be rear mount couldnt fine the same but found mount bushing 8eur also Febi so gonna bring it to mechanic to press in new mount bush.
Nice! Celica days are good days. I’m considering a full resto on mine. The underneath is pretty bad. 😬
So did noise go after waterpump swap ?
Yes it did. But now the ac pump is making a noise. 🙄. Video coming soon.
is noise problem? or tensioner pulley makes noise. cuz u #waterpump
which pully is moving?
Tensioner pully has a slight wobble. Water pump is making the noise and has been swapped. Ac pully clutch needs doing next. 😬
@@KyushaStyleTuning guess imma need waterpump too :(
I used to use Mr sheen on my 1936 ford coupe hot rod and HD V Rod muscle. Worked a treat.
yeh i've seen that done. Nice silicone wax in it. Henry Cole does it a lot ;)
Can you do a video on the Toyota carina e again?
Funny you should ask that. The auto box needs looking at so will be back on the channel soon. 😜
do you hear whistle/whine(like little turbo noise) going 30-40mph 5-6gear on low throttle input 1.5-2k rpm ish ?
Thanks for the comment. It seems to be a constant noise growing slightly louder but doesn’t change no matter what speed or revs. Then it disappears. 🙄. No change to performance. I was thinking maybe a/c compressor or water pump . But wouldn’t this change with revs? It’s got me baffled. Going to have to remove all the covers and have a closer look over the next few days 😬
@@KyushaStyleTuning It does sound like metal rubbing when listening on YT dont know how IRL. reminds me chainsaw :D. i`m no expert just random celica owner so i hope its not loose chain or vvti spring rattle and hope maybe dead O-ring somewhere releasing higher noise from engine than usual. Are u losing any oil? im losing like 1liter every 2k miles. edit: also i redline every stop light so maybe its my fault
Not losing any oil. It’s high mileage but seems good on oil. I do service it very regularly too. But then like you. It does get red lined when I can. 😂😂. Noise disappeared completely today. 🤷♂️. More investigation needed. 🙄
@@KyushaStyleTuning what oil type u use(ACEA ILSAC) i currently run A3/B4 liqui moly 5w30 special LL, kinda on cheap end but it has a3/b4 older oil qualities with lower chain wear, cuz new oil... low emission crap ilsac 6 eats chains
I use Castrol fully synthetic 5w 40 if I can’t get the Toyota 5w 40. For a high mileage engine it’s pretty good on oil. As long as I change it regularly that is. 😬👍
Water pump or the tension pulley on the cam belt I don't no that engine but I would check it but if the water pump is not leaking then fine but check that cam belt mate
Thanks mate. I will take a look at the water pump. It’s a cam chain on these engines but I will check the tensioner and guides. 🤔
@@KyushaStyleTuning well it sounds like a bearing noise like I said I didn't know if it had a cambelt or chain but it could be the chain it self as they can make that noise if it hasn't been done when you own owed it I would change it as my friends BMW had the same sort of sound till it got changed hope you get it sorted out mate
@@petergrinnell2500 cool mate. Thanks for the advice. Hope it’s something simple. 😬 might be time for a rebuild. 😂
vvti cam gear
@@fF-jb4gs interesting. Do you have any more info. 🤔
You paid three quid?! I watched the demo and was so impressed I bought one bottle for £16.98. Tried it today (17 May) for the very first time (arrived around 14 May) following instructions. It's about as effective as water from a tap. It's being returned. No cloth or applicator either! Rubbish - DO NOT BUY!
Ouch! Where did you buy yours from? I got mine from Temu and I’m glad I didn’t pay a lot for it. 🙄. It basically a detailer and not a very good one.
Its on ali guys 😂
Good video.
Thanks! 😃
Thanks, in the end we figured it out and today i cleaned my terrace again 💪🏼 it’s working!
Do you have a picture of how to put the wires back? I didn’t made the picture 😢
Hi. Sorry but I don’t have the pic anymore. You might be able to download a wiring plan from Karcher
Bet you were happy when it was a brake smell and not clutch/bearings 😅
Haha. Just a bit Amazing how much quicker it feels now the brakes aren’t on all the time too. 😂🛠
How people fall for this scam I don't understand!!! Better effect after washing the car at a car wash!!! people will fall for anything. The bottle is enough for two pairs of shoes 😂😂😂
😂👍
🤤😮💨
One of many similar products. But very cheap at Temu.
Lots of other products out there that are better and cheaper by quantity too. 🤔
Or you can do what I do, don’t buy cars with black plastic trims! My Toyota Avensis only has a small bit of black plastic, that’s under the wing mirrors, and the scuttle panel near the window wipers, apart from that, everything is body coloured. I remember years ago when I was in my early 20’s, I had this mk3 Golf(p plate 96), they had those black plastic bits around the arches, and on the front and rear bumpers, had an absolute nightmare with those trying to make them blacker. I used Auto Glym bumper care stuff, worked well initially, then after a couple of weeks started to turn grey again, gave up in the end 😂 they say a heat gun is more effective, have you ever tried that?
😂 I agree my Celica has very little black plastic trim. Except under the bonnet. 🙄. I’ve had many older cars with black plastic bumpers etc and had the same problem. I was always using silicone gels etc to blacken them up. I’ve seen the heat gun method used but haven’t tried it. Don’t want to take the risk really, especially on customers cars. 😜 🔥
@@KyushaStyleTuning ahh yes under the bonnet I’ve got lots of plastic of course, but I’m Not worried about that, as long as it’s clean, I don’t worry about it being black, having said that it’s not really faded anyway, as it’s never under direct sun light. I appreciate if you do it for a living, you need to do the plastics under the bonnet too.
Have the same issue. Thank you for making this video. !😊
Your welcome. Hope you get yours fixed. 😃👍
That looks super effective! I want some
I highly recommended it. Not sure if it’s body shop safe though. 🤔😜👍
Thanks for this. I just bought an 18 plate Mercedes Citan van and was wondering what to use after it’s been valeted. This looks perfect.
Thanks mate. I recommend all there products but the Nano jacket is probably my favourite. All good prices too. 😜
@@KyushaStyleTuning I decided to give Temu a try as well after your rug video, got a pair of seat covers for £27. Hopefully they are as good as they look on the advert
@@Brett440 Cool mate! I’ve had mixed luck with Temu so far. Excellent service but some of the car cleaning stuff is a bit dubious 😂
