Jimny 5 door is an undertested product…. Sorry MSIL …. You look pathetic in the whole Jimny fiasco in India…. First you launched it way overpriced…. From day one I have been clamouring that this vehicle is overpriced by atleast 2.5 lacs & I have been proven to be correct…. You got the thrashing that you deserve by rejection of this vehicle by consumers …..You didn’t test it properly before launching…. Otherwise serious issues like Propeller Shaft rubbing & this Death Wobble can’t go unnoticed…. You just did a shoddy job like street side garages who stretches an SUV or Sedan to make it a limousine…. You even didn’t show the courtesy of giving some kind of package like extended period free service or free battery replacement for 10 years to launch price buyers…. I bought it in July 2024 with 3.3 lacs discount & I really feel sorry for those who bought it in full price….Quite unexpected from a Japanese company…

Its not due to any part defect or heating, its normal wear and tear. Its a design problem across all jimny's and models across the world. No recall or change can permanetly fix it. It will popup every 10k kms or so. If you own it, you have to live with this truth Wobble is inherent to jimny design and can never be permanently resolved. Every few thousand km or say with every oil change the king pin bearings need to be changed (and also rotors and brake pads if needed). This will solve it for the next few thousand kms. Cost includes 505x4 king pin + 2200x2 rotors + 3400 brake pads. Suzuki changing these in warranty is just to procastinate the problem for next 5-10k kms, not a permanent fix. They show its a recall and a part defect so as to keep selling it but it cannot be fixed permanently. So if one wants to maintain it driving like a new, one has to spend around 10k every 5-10k kms in addition to regular service and maintenance cost. There is a reason this vehicle is a flop and people aren't buying it. Spare parts are rarely available and difficult to procure due to poor sales and cost as much as Fortuner spare parts.
