@@damnzambies I’m new so maybe it’s a me thing honestly. One Red bag dropped and a friend claimed it during the 7th day. I just haven’t found any loot on the zombies bodies aside maybe 2 yellow bags.

@@mre4u422 Agreed! They have definitely tweaked the AI. I'm still getting jumped by hordes at bad times... But it's fun at least 🧟‍♂️

@@damnzambies I agree there is a certain thrill to suddenly facing a horde while clearing a POI but having to stop in the middle of you pre horde check to fight a horde is a bit much. It feels like they want you to waste all your ammo before the real horde comes. As it is I go through an entire gun safes worth of ammo every horde. Then again I also refuse to build 'cheese bases' so it's partly my fault i guess.

@mre4u422 Ultimately I feel The Fun Pimps are trying to slow the player down to extend play. Which I definitely don't mind. But I agree, the hordes can be a little annoying. Especially when in the middle of a base build before horde night. 🧟‍♂️

Some you do yes. Some no. POI mods need a new world generation. Where other mods may just work on a current playthrough. You can always try and see if it works. Worst case is the mod won't run until you start a new game. 🧟‍♂️

It can be a little confusing depending on what platform the mod creator uses. It's difficult to explain in text but first check the file you are downloading includes a .XML file. Then make sure you unzip/extract the folder before adding it to your game files. Also make sure there isn't a folder within a folder. You just want the one folder that contains the .XML file. Anything else in the folder with the .XML file also needs to stay in. Hope that helps a little. If that doesn't work I'll see if I can set up a share file. 🧟‍♂️

There are public servers 😉 and don't forget land claim blocks stop zombies spawning in your base if you are building in a POI. I still use them for my solo games. 🧟‍♂️

Land claim blocks prevent quests from happening at your base. Unless you want to accidentally delete your entire base I recommend using a land claim block

The Quality of Life Mods? Absolutely! ua-cam.com/video/Ox05FfigL4w/v-deo.html As the mod list was made in Alpha 21 some mods may not have been updated to 1.0. I'm pretty sure nearly all have been though 👍

It's funny how some features get taken out. Like empty jars. Doesn't make a lot of sense sometimes. 🧟‍♂️

The fun pimps didn't change much in terms of game mechanics, so most, if not all the tips are still valid. 👍 Eventually I will check them all to be sure. But I'm confident nearly all are still relevant for 1.0. 🧟‍♂️

I absolutely agree! I like that both mods can fill different needs. Some people prefer crafting, and some prefer scavenging 🧟‍♂️
