@@Distortedjungle ❤️ glad to help 🫡
😮pretty cool
Yessirrr🤝
So beautiful & deadly. ❤
Quick question i ordered this plant from carnivero but i don’t know how big there large size is and is this one from there?
@@Alexscarnivores this is the same plant as there is only one clone available at this time . Mine was from my friend black thumb plantz on IG. Carnivero's large size should be this size or maybe bigger 🤔 I'd say .
@@Wiseexotics ok thank you 🙏
Superglue is looking great man!
@@baileycooper3015 🙏😁 yep loving the red coloration ❤️ it's starting to get

Curious Plants is one of my favorite nursery
Nice looking plants. I like the set up. Cool channel name also. Sorry to hear the sad news. Subbed.
I'm thinking about some kind of "climate" control. ... of course this is to little information ... but I grow my plants in a roomsetting. At the moment I'm just monitoring the climate in my room to get some kind of baseline. And it seems al ot of growers I see live in the US. Not much in Europe on UA-cam or Insta hope to find some "connections" ;-)
@@cajbrg yeah growers can be all over the world in various parts. It really depends on what you're trying to grow , typically most people start with the lowland species because in a room setting or a house, it's easier because most typical climates within a house are viable for them such as 65% humidity or higher, as well as warmer temperatures. If you're going to do the Highlands which is the one that people have problems with there is several people I've talked to that were able to acclimate highland to low land conditions in the same way I did my lowland to my highland. It takes a long time. They're not very happy and they're not going to be anywhere as thriving as say if they were in optimal temperatures and what not but they can survive and grow in it. Typical ranges you're going to want to look at are around 60 to 76 or 60 to 80. Kind of ranges for these type of plants. Most people have a small humidifier or a grow tent which makes growing them a lot easier cuz then you can control the climate in a small area and not have to worry so much about trying to do an entire apartment
I personally think the spread of diy in vitro/tissue culture in the Hobby is a good way of making a Lot of These plants more available. Sort of Like crowdfunding the Establishment of in vitro populations thereby influencing the availability and disincentivising poaching. Many different Clones at lower prices means more people will likely raise These plants and breed them, thereby increasing the genetica diversity thats available in captivity. If people truly love These plants, they should strive to do their Part , however small, to Help the Situation and Not Make it worse. Stronger regulations and protection in the country of Origin might be hard to achieve, given the bigger Problems they have and the economic difficulties that make corruption inescapable
👏👏👏
🙏😊
Great video again buddy ❤❤
Thank you 🙏
Looks almost identical to my truncata Singapore. 😂😅😅
Yea they admitted it was a mixup so sending a replacement out 😂
Truncata 🤔👌👍👍
Yay I'm not crazy 🤣
MT stands for Malesiana Tropicals
Ah thanks 😯
Super crazy peristome 😮
What does it mean when the pitcher on a Nepenthes is soft and bendy?
Hmm, depends on species and or what genetics it has if hybrid . Some are woody , some are soft and or flexible . Depends on what it is specifically 🤔
@@Wiseexotics they are a Rebecca sober. And a Ventrata
@@Alexscarnivores yea that's normal for them. Something like rajah or Lowii tend to get hard woody traps .
So tiny!
Jumped a bit this spring 🌱 😂 now it's a little bigger than my BCP macrophylla
Question how do you make one pitcher or do you just have to wait cause im inpatient so yea just wondering.
Gonna have to wait , some grow and toss traps faster like lowlands , but highlands can take weeks to months between traps and new leafs . 😂
Im growing some nepenthes in my terrarium. I have perlite and live spag at the bottom and then the plants ontop. Humidiity Is around 75-90%. I leave the top open. Should I get a fan to put inside or will I not need it?
🤔 well if you leave it open probably not , just make sure to check it frequently
Cool😮
Nice collection I used to collect but I stared again and keep up the good work👍
Thanks 🙏
Love the nickname "superglue" ;-) Nice to hear about the differences and to see all the beautiful little plants.
Thank you, I think super glue is quite a unique plant because it was put back together that way 🤣 at least I proved it works
I got a cough as well. Plants are looking great!!! The collection is getting huge!!! That crazy!!
Yea ever growing 🤣 🪴❤️, but it's fun to watch the development
"coughs" are running around; some kind of "nepenthes-grower virus"?? 🤣 I also have some "soundbreaks" now and then, for almost 4 weeks now. Nut looking at my plants is "helping".
@@cajbrg oh no it's spreading 😂
@@Wiseexotics A new discoverd Nepenthes virus... the first symptoms, buying lot's of carnivorous plants ;-)
Plants are looking great! Keep up the awesome work! Collection is getting big too!!
Slowly but surely 🙏❤️
Are you from canada because i am wondering where you would order an intermediate/highland nepenthed veitchii preferably squat vario form any colour would be preferred from local/international sources?
I'm in USA , California , but you can get various Veitchii from carnivero as they ship international 👍, not sure of any other USA sellers 🤔 that ship to Canada. I know there are some k x Bario squat at carnivero, but Veitchii " M " from EP tend to match that type of you need a specific grex. The K series are squat but have a taller trap peristome which can be very interesting
Man the teeth on that thing already look gnarly and it isn’t anywhere near fully grown
😂 yea it's impressively toothy for a smaller specimen . I do enjoy it but battle photographing those fresh teeth when it's yellow 💛
@@Wiseexotics I have a rajah x edwardsiana that’s slightly smaller than that and man I can’t wait for that thing to grow
@@bouncyblight2001 I have Florae colab clone 1 Rajah x Eddy that's a little bigger. Just started showing toothy . Think I have a video of it 😂
