Wonderful video and thanks for taking my request for an overview of N.Singalana. They are very demanding like you mentioned. My plant is the same size as yours, and its working on its first pitcher after a long gap😊. Your plant looks excellent. The diabolica too is looking fantastic
@@thehex9959 no problem 😃, and yea it's been super fussy when I initially had it. My friend Chad has a larger one that's super dark and toothy, definitely is a fun species
Love the plants man specially the veitchiis! I got a question, for veitchii, do you have any tips to make it grow a little faster? And also I did a community post in my channel about some rainwater and I'd like for you to give me an answer *if you want*(Because your a pro 😁)
@@BaRoNvOnToOtS I'm no pro 😂 , but I'll be happy to check see if I can advise/help. For Veitchii, bright light helps I noticed all mine got faster with spider farms light
hi im new to pitcher plants would like to know if u prefer to grow in spagnum moss or a peat moss sod with perlite and sand mix ......on you tube everyone seems to have a difference ,,,do you ship to ontario canada thanks in advance
@@greenthumbsplanter I tried all them 🤔 miss and perlite is fine you are careful on watering else it can lead to root rot if to much, I've been switching over to bonsai media , akadama and kanuma and having better results to prevent that and get nutrition bonus 👍 tiny roots is the brand I'm using and it's been great on results for growth increase
@@Wiseexotics thank you ...i went to there site and could only fine akadama....would i mix this with peat moss to make a good draining soil .....i have 2 new pitchers growing on my one plant but my other small ones not doing so well. can i sent you photos of them so you can advise me further...mush appreciated for your time and experience ...cheers david l
