Have the whole Bergman Auto Craft steering & suspension under my Valiant sedan. K-member is a '73-up, perimeter welded, gusseted & has a skid plate. Peter uses a Borgeson box, but then goes through the box (he is an actual engineer) improving things. I also run the 11.75" rotors off a Cordoba, use Bergman pads & hoses...pair that with the US Car Tools "Level 2" chassis kit and it is a phenomenal driver- tight, precise & just fun. My cattle dog is often seen riding shotgun in it, so people always approach us when we are traveling around

Rusty Horton!! I’ve been thinking about you sir. Tell me something good about the Big block Dart project. I just turned the heater on out in the garage. And I’m working on a intake manifold video today. My progress seems to be all baby steps. I miss my youth 🤣

My Dart has been on low simmer on the back burner. I’ve been building a 1000 square foot storage building (garage) at my rental house. Occasionally working on car, just to keep familiar. Close to pulling the engine to change cam, head gaskets and ring gap. Summer will be productive.

@@rustyh8806 I know you will put that new garage to good use! Thanks for the update. The turbo big block will be worth the wait. 😎🏁

I don’t know if it’s really good use, I have a 1600 sq.ft. Shop at my house that is so full with stuff (junk I won’t get rid of). So the new building is just to store and organize the parts from 10 car projects. 3 of them are Mopars, 70 Dart, 65 A100 pickup and 40 Plymouth pickup.

Happy New Year brother, you've been missed!!! Build looks like it's coming together very nicely! It's a shame that after the engine is buttoned up, you won't be able to see all that awesomeness lol! I'm not an engine pro but I would think an NA combo like that could get away with a 3/8 pushrod in the .125-.150 wall range. Hope you and the family had a great holiday and hope to see more videos soon!

What a great build! Reminds me of when my brother had his all AL 588 ci Millennium Stage V headed Hemi built, it was a pump gas street engine we used Isky Red Zone solid roller lifters in it, it was a MP block. It's a powerhouse in a 67 Belvedere that we built for Hot Rod Drag Week Super Street big block NA.

Holy cow that would be a fun setup!! This is I guess the wedge version of your brothers engine. I would love to do something like that with the car! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻 Kevin

@@griffittsgarage No problem, it only made 1054 hp on 92 octane pump gas, and over 900 lb-ft of torque (never made less than 800 lb-ft thru the entire pull) Hogan was worried it would not make much torque. It's hard on parts! I'm going to do DW in my Duster, once I get the new engine in it.
