For years, I had to live in such inferno, this is all so true. It took me years to realize that only me could change the narratives. I broke away from that person, started putting distance, did not matter, the chase was on wherever I go, I always thought the maturity and time would makes this person change just to find the nothing have changed beside the abuse, there was moking, demands even threats. After an episode that made me realize that even my life was in danger., It was then that I realized that person was in the path to destroy me one way or another. It force me to look back and see that I gave life to this when all odd was against her and me, and realize I that I end up with a monster that never saw the wind that made her life with no worries, but at the expense of my own life. Finally, I realize that the only one that I could change was me, and I did. Today I live in complete peace, and this is the only time that I look back and glad that I finally tested peace. The peace and happiness is incredible. Everything in my life is like sailing ⛵️ in a beautiful day. The storm is past.

Yeah i spotted evil signs when my ex supervisor Jamal is emotionally immature when he pertend to be a actual caring person he was just manipulating others into thinking that so he'd pick on them take credit for their work and ridicule them on their accomplishments to make them feel terrible about themselves, in order to keep down walking on egg shells in confusion he played a lot of games so I'm staying away from him as much as possible especially when him and charelle are together. I trust her but not him i was like i don't under stand why I'm feeling so drained but i think it was something telling that i needed to stay away from to protect my well being my autonomy and inner peace...cause he was dangerous in the head he was a cruel mean bully who enjoyed hurting other's feeling to make jokes out of it like a killer shark to be relentless enough to kill anyone who gets his way or cross him...she dismissed his behaviors as she would to defend him when i never understood....i thought either she was secretly afraid of him or she didn't wanna get into a argument with him which is understandable....so i had to take matters into my own hands to do things on my own. . first i didn't know why i was feeling fear or being bullied i thought he was just taking his job too seriously, he'd say it's not that serious it's just a job.....and i was like....pfff and the way your acting describes everything you don't think your taking your job too seriously!??...i don't know what other planet he came from to think his behavior was alright but it ain't this one i was like why is she defending him knowing he's dead wrong. When i had a problem with something he was doing..an not doing anything about it...but i felt something was wrong there was no way she thought his conttroling behaviors was normal,so i had to be very careful i'm always careful around him cause i don't ever trust him so no worries angles I'm all aware of the dangers around me when i'm near him, and i kinda can't connect with some people cause it's dangerous i had to decipher who i was dealing with in the first place. I chose to keep focused on my goals and keep others away from me,away ftom circle so i don't put their reputations in danger if i gossiped about others i don't trust I'm not doing it again i go to work to do my thing, do my tasks,i mind my business help others out get my work assignments done get paid and go home...plus i gotten away with things like a anti criminalized fugitive it'll be hard for anyone to believe anything i'm saying about my work place bullying traumatic experiences...i endured P.T.S.D defensiveness and other problems...in other words I've fucked up several times where it'll be hard for anyone to believe anything i did was right since they had to correct my behaviors before him unfortunately i was pretty playing chess with a smart opponent who was using scheme and tactics to set traps for me,i almost gotten put out of my job at goodwill after being there for 4 years straight. I try to keep away from Don't no body need to be around that plus i have a temper like the incredible hulk if i get pissed off others might get hurt....when I'm around evilness to feed off energy like that...the darkness i carry is like a superpowered curse but I'm controlling it, doing exercises and medations i mean my service coordinator mela supports me as she understood i endured a lot of pain, rage, sadness and emotional abuse that messed with my head and my attuide even though good people are only there to help you and heal you still it's not easy as anyone thinks i have records like a criminal I'm not an innocent guy as much i gotten away with things for wrongful reasons. I use to have restless nights before from all that truma now I'm healing up with support to guide me she was very shocked that i was humiliated that much and discredited for my abilities an skills....i told her even though i made mistakes by not following instructions as i was put under a lot of pressure i had to figure out what was going and fix it...i didn't know i was being bullied or micromanaged at first till now....Jamal was a bully when he said he wasn't the devil was a straight lie could have fooled me huge time!. However if everything gotten worst I was gonna say to dear charelle it might too late and I don't want you to convince me to stay and you get into trouble I would have said like.. you don't need this...I'm gonna be fine you'll be fine without me..your a tough girl I see you grind on tasks doing your thing you'll find a better consistent team mate worker who has more better experience as me...but save your job and let me go...you got a awsome reputation Do not let me and my mess take that from you even if you report stuff..still don't let me ruin your reputations it's not worth being humiliated I would have said to her in the past...even though Jamal was just a manipulative snake of a bully I still would choose to leave if I had ran out of options if they've done nothing to stop him if it contuined and got worst...putting someone out regardless is like saying I don't care how sorry you are....I still want you dead...and parts of me never should have told charelle I was emotionally abused I knew I wasn't gonna be believed at first...just I was afarid to tell you what I've gone through if you wouldn't have believed me either..cause as many times as I've made mistakes and messed up I'm just to others taking my enemies's sides and not mine and that's the truth..I'm always use to being looked at like the bad guy then the actual good guy to be honest...but i still appreciate angles watching over me when i was battling dark forces to surivive..it was a exhausting battle but it had to be done i had to do what i had to do i did tried to convince him to take accountabilities for his action cause he was making a huge mistake but i wasn't hesring it,he wasn't listening to me so i had to do it myself. I didn't wanna talk about all this on this on this about how evil my enemies were as it brough anger pain, fatigue an stress to me cause I'm too emotionally burned out to give a shit but that's life what can you do except deal with it...I've been too kind when i was too blind to just walk away from some people who are self centered in themselves...I'm glad he burned me out because he gave me a reason to just step back an not go back in forth with him or anyone....as far as teaching me stuff if he was gonna go through all the trouble to try and get me fired if he was that jealous of me he should have never taught me nothing then...and that would have solved the problem..smh🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. Other times half of my family members i pictured to be toxic too...my mom can get on my nerves but i can get on hers as well as my grandmother gets her nerves too she's 77 my mom's 48 and I'm 28 so ultimately we both have our problems we express them in many ways we're not perfect we don't try to hurt each other...instead we try to give as each other as much love as we can...but as far as evil people pff their snakes with I'd stay away from them so i don't bit other wise I'd have fight them if they came near...but by going to the gym to work out even medatiating to start my days off right to get stronger with extra energy levels I'd say I'm doing just fine as my activities give me therapy to heal from all the betrayal i endured...especially as I've been taking sea leutte pills to boost me up for my performances that was healing me a lot better.

@Buddham-pt7vr yes indeed I saw wickedness and fake people for who they truly are like a dumb ass I fell for these actors trick and they were good like how when Jamal tries to be all nice at my job when I already know he hates my guts for being blessed and unique I already know he has a problem with me like he think he don't,I was too kind to these damn people and that's the problem when I got token advantage and been manipulated but after what I've gone through I won't let that happen again...I let myself be torn apart by these fake people's motives their mind games messed with my head, I didn't pay attention to the waring signs of evilness, till now, especially my friends warned me about Jamal, they were telling me he ain't who he says he is he's a master manipulator with the autonomy to manipulate others he's a villian in my eyes we use to get along but things fell apart, so I'd just stay away from him...he take things the wrong way that's why I refuse to have conversations with anyone who's too self centered and selfish within themselves, I'm too much of good guy to have my loyalty used for stupidity against me...I was being a people pleaser for the wrong reasons I was treated like a servant and slave thinking I should serve their every need because of my kindness...I let my enemies get away with all that nonsense I felt disrespected all that went on for so long till I lost a lot of my inner power and my self confidence I'm learning to set boundaries now it ain't easy but I know I gotta do it ,I deserve respect I know we all have problems but being cruel and vicious out of spite is childish and unacceptable god would get them for that and karma is coming for them I already know it is.

I'll tell charelle I'm sorry but Jamal's wrong ,he had no right to treat me the way he did like a chump.if she stands by him an not me then I'll have do things on my own...I hope I don't get into trouble for telling the truth wish me luck though.

This is actually a very, very dodgy suggestion, spiritually speaking. There is no such thing as an evil human being. There are human beings overcome by evil, which is a power you don't understand, and it wins by convincing people like you that these people ARE evil, rather then victims of evil. If you judge another you judge and condemn yourselves. Let's see the light and stop judging and hating each other right now. Then we'll flower in goodness naturally. It's not about policing others - it's about liberating yourself and rising above the influence of others whether it be good or bad.

Blame is a character defect. Feeling superior than others, the karmic cycle will disclose that others is not the problem, we are our own enemy. When we attract negative energy, we must experience forgiveness, something that we have to realize we are all caught in the karma of unforgiveness, so will continue to repeat until we let go of all that resentments within our mind.

I would like to know if a nascissist person can be mean to just 1 person or to all he comes in contact with? My son treats me like all mentioned above but is totally opposite to other people. No one will believe he has the capacity to hurt anyone. I just needed clarity.

From a psychological perspective, narcissistic individuals can indeed exhibit different behaviors towards different people. It's not uncommon for them to be particularly harsh or abusive to close family members while presenting a charming and likable persona to others. This discrepancy is often part of their manipulative tactics, which can make it difficult for others to see their true nature. From the perspective of Buddhism, all actions are driven by the mind, and negative behavior towards others is a reflection of one's own suffering and ignorance. The Buddha taught that everyone has the potential for enlightenment and compassion, but this potential can be obscured by delusions and unwholesome mental states. Buddhism encourages cultivating compassion, understanding, and patience. It also emphasizes the importance of setting boundaries and protecting oneself from harm while still maintaining a compassionate attitude towards those causing suffering. It’s essential to recognize the suffering behind the actions of a narcissist and respond with wisdom and compassion, while also taking care of your own well-being.

@@Buddham-pt7vr Thank you so much for taking your time to respond with wisdom. Although it hurts to be on the receiving end but I also know it's karmic. Having gone through the sadness and disappointment I have embarked on my spiritual journey to make my mind stronger. I now understand it's all part of the cycle off life and I have to let go and move away from this toxic behavior as I've been stripped away off my pride of being a mother, the joys of being a mother and off course respect and dignity too. I'm letting go and embracing a new life in another country in my gurus village. I look forward to this life. It's always been a dream to live in this place and for the 1st time I can. All I want now is to live a simple life with dignity. I have had a wonderful career, a home and some beautiful friends but no one knew just how unhappy I was. I was getting afraid if he should marry he and his wife will ill treat me and I'm not going to allow that to happen. No mother should ever have to worry about being mentally or emotionally abused in their old age and stripped of her joy, pride, respect and even her smile. I fully trust the Universe will take care of me and I will smile again. Thank you for reassurance on me doing what I'm supposed to do without feeling guilt or desertion by leaving. Peace and love to all.

Narcissistic people are often the cruelest to the people closest to them and the nicest to people they are just meeting
