LEGO Dungeons & Dragons Minifigures - Review and Identifying Using QR Codes
We take a detailed look at the newly released LEGO Dungeons & Dragons minifigures. After looking at all the print detailing and accessories we try to decide which ones are our favourites. We also discuss how they may be useful to use with other LEGO themes.
Hopefully most people are aware how to identify which minifigure is in the box before buying and opening it. We provide details on how to scan the QR code on the packet for anyone unaware of this method.
Let us know which minifigures in this series are your favourites in the comments below. Will you be incorporating them into any of your LEGO builds?

Fun video. Thanks for sharing. As a D&D aficionado, I can help with the lore. The spell in Tasha’s book is Tasha’s Hideous Laughter that causes the victim to laugh uncontrollably. The Lady of Pain’s accessory is a magic item called a Cubic Gate that allows the user to travel between the planes of existence.

@@construction_wolf Here's another trivia fact: In D&D lore if a spell has a name in the title, it means that the person named invented the spell: Tasha's Hideous Laughter. Tenser's Floating disc, Bigby's clenched fist...and the mythical spell 'Diarmuid's last jest' are just a few!

Yes, best to hold out for some good GWP and/or Double Insider points for the Deku Tree. I probably should have preordered it online when there was a good GWP like the Micro Rocket Launchpad. In the past though Lego rarely send the preorders for release day, often arriving one week late. I wanted it on release to try and get a review out on the channel not too late after launch.

I’ve watched this video a couple of times now so I can get my head around the table placement. The tables together in the middle give a much more dynamic look I think but how they are now gives you more space. It’s a shame the joists are where they are but are obviously important to hold the roof up lol. Do you plan on stapling the lined sheet to the joists to form a light background and trap the dust particles coming through. I know what you mean about the wind, when our exterior doors are open in the house the breeze blows through the loft like nobody’s business.

    • @construction_wolf
      @construction_wolf 9 днів тому

Interesting idea on stapling sheets to the joists. I would have to consider if they are permeable enough to let a good airflow through. I do not want to risk having issues with condensation up there. If I use permeable sheets I then wonder would they keep those fine dust particles out or not. Difficult decisions!

I've just started my city in the roofspace. Love the idea of putting the tables on either side. Wish I'd thought of that! Mine are currently together in the centre, although I have room to walk around 3 sides of mine and climb over the beams on the 4th side, and as I'm only 5 foot tall it's a bit easier for me 😂. A good tip 👍 I did end up doing something like that, which will be revealed in my Lego House Store video in the near future.

I did visit there on the way back. Saw they had an offer. I could not manage to carry anything else back though, as I took my Lego House purchases as hand luggage on the plane to avoid paying any extra fees.

@@construction_wolf you don't have to pay anything the airline will put it in the luggage hold for you you just have to have a way to carry it when picking it up from the luggage belt when you arrive and it's no extra charge 👍

Fun video! Thanks for sharing. Sorry to be ‘that guy’, but I do have to point out that ‘Sauron’ is pronounced ‘sowe’ (female pig) + Ron (short for Ronald). The ‘au’ is the same as the ‘o’ in ‘cow’, not the ‘au’ in ‘pause’.

Glad you enjoyed the video 😀 Thank you on the feedback too. I am very unfamiliar with Lord of the Rings, as I have not seen any of the films or read the books. I will be seeing the film trilogy by the end of the month, so I should be much more informed afterwards.

@@construction_wolf Try to watch the extended editions of the films if you can, not the cinema releases. And read the book. I once spent Christmas day watching the extended edition films back-to-back, stopping only for quick meals and lavatory breaks. Best Christmas ever!

@@drzander3378 I will be watching the three extended editions back to back with a few friends that have already seen them. They massively rate them all highly.

I saw a full set of the Lego movie 2 minifigures on Saturday at the Cambridge brick festival. I can’t remember the price but thought at the time it appeared a bit high. I like the Milky Way set and I’m sure will look good on one of your walls.

I was lucky and managed to get the whole set for around £50 last year. A bargain especially as it has all the Wizard of Oz minifigures! Did you pick any Lego up at Cambridge? Making slow progress on the Milky Way set, looking forward to seeing the completed set.

I came home with nothing as it was really busy and didn’t see anything I wanted tbh. I am looking at driving to MK this Friday which had an influence not spending anything.
