Well, what should I say... I'm a art student haunted by madness and prehistoric monsters, devoured by the urge to be serious about non-serious stuff in any possible way, and when it includes drawing the genitals of sea serpents and the poop of aliens, so be it!
I hope through my videos I can spread a little the inspiration that fuels me and maybe can teach you by the way a little about drawing and paleontology and worldbuilding.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON #Paleostream!

All the dragons from the HTTYD stream. Detailed images below. The designs from the original movie are basically perfect, which is why I didn't really dare to touch them, until... The whole idea for the stream started because the trailer for the live action movie came out and well, I don't know about you but that's not live action, that's just a reskin to me, which I actually find rather disresp...

3:13:46 start of my fav part
I loved the style of the video! Pure art!
Nice work. Polycotilids are totally underrated and are usually depicted as pliosaur/mosasaur bait! Also, Stratodus I have never heard of it before. A veritable sea serpent. What an awesome fish.
Hello , your art style is really nice, i wish you could do a breakdown video for a landscape painting process, the steps you use for every painting
These are such beautiful works, I want to get into paleoart and yours provides so much motivation providing interesting concept matters.
Jesus christ Joschua the music sounds like I'm about to die
Unban me from paleostream please
Geez you are insanely good.

12:01 i like when paleoartist give stomatosuchus some love
2:50 Abendmahl?
I will buy all of your art books.
I beg for paleoart 3
SUPER NICE! Great art as always!
Love the contrast of this omnious music and lot of pictures looking actualy cute or silly
You're easily one of my favorite paleoartists of all time. Few artists manage to make these organisms feel so alive, and you do it with such skill that you make it look easy. Spectacular work!
Prehistoric animals portraits
The skill level is ever increasing with the year. Like I feel you can tell you got even better from the stuff you were doing at the end of 2023. Also for a split second I thought it was the Clip Compilation and got very exited LOL
YIIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
The music seems weirdly ominous
monsters from deep time always are.
@@joschuaknuppe5849ah yes, very ominous, a 5 cm long fish with a triangle for a nose
In my honest opinion, you are a serious contender for the title of best living paleoartist.
literally
Prehistoric animals portraits
I agree.
Prehistoric animals portraits
Easilly the best paleoartist of all time…the way the animals and landscapes are portrayed is just so realistic and lifelike. It seriously looks like they’re wildlife photos from that time.
Is archelon??? At the bigening?

Excellent video.
one tip for the next PalostreamCon, is when you have one of these presentations and you are not speaking, you should all mute yourselves, cause not to be picky or anything, you were very close to your mic Joschua and so it picked up your breathing and other external sounds were picked up via others mic's I assume, which isn't anything super bad, but with Julianne's mic quality it was something to be less desired. Much love.
There was a general mic problem in the first sessions, and this one I picked up only after a while.
I've always been interested in fascinated with dragons and it's the dragons from one of your worldbuilding speculative evolution project on DeviantArt "Dragons Of The World".
4:40:52 The ultimate lifeform.
It's funny that they are all designe to become Wyvern, it should be call how to train your Wyvern 😂, but nether the less they are incredible and beautiful espacially Toothless, Razorwhip, the hideous zippleback and hookfang
I don't have twitch, so it's great that this was uploaded to UA-cam. I can't watch the 6 hours at once, but bit by bit, and I am a fan of all the designs I have seen so far, so exited for the rest
But when the world needed him most, he vanished.
Live action adaptations are pure cancer.
I'm probably going to skip the live action remake entirely because, even if it's not a shot-for-shot remake, it feels pointless
@@thegreatgoldfilms6311 A live action remake of an animated film completely erases its charm and indentiy by getting rid of the artstyle. THeres no reason to support this. thing.
Idk what it is about this video but it’s oddly unnerving but otherwise really well made
The ultimate life form, Gub Gub!
The rows of teeth of the whispering death could be used as the inner jaws of mosasaurs, eels with the gape of the viper fish and pelicans/snakes. The teeth of the inner jaws align on bone/cartilaginous bars/growths of the hyoid (that's why it could "whisper"). Also the "vestigiale" legs are a cool concept, and they could be backed up by osteoderms on the side of the body.
God the concept for the Angler fish Zippleback is nauseating. I love it.
One of the most joyous days of recent Paleostream history!
Such creative interpretations of HTTYD dragons❤️
3:32 the most important part
thx
genuinely inspiring, thank you rick
Aww nuts I missed the party. Regardless these designs are absolutely incredible! Good work!
Here be dragons..
