I remember in one of the 206/sub build videos a guy who seemed to know what he was talking about commented about the boot rad fan being mounted directly on the rad. He said cooling would be more efficient if there was distance between them creating turning the boot into some sort of negative pressure chamber. Can't remember exactly what he said but it was along them lines. I think he worked with cooling systems?

Hi! Do you remember my old comment about the fan shroud of the rear heat exchanger being too close to the radiator itself? If you still et too much overheating try to address that :)

Nice! Getting at the details of the build now! ...a few things ...there is a 90 deg bend at the radiator that might be causing some restriction/cavitation. And sometimes having to much flow of coolant can exacerbate an over heat condition ...ie having the coolant pass so quickly thru the engine without the engine 'giving up heat to the coolant ...I see that you have left a little bit of a restriction at the thermostat location which is good. regarding the mechanical Oil Pressure setup ...you should put a few loops near to the sensor where it 'leaves' the engine and is routed along the bulkhead ...the reason is that the copper line can vibrate and break, causing a heartache of oil loss. Really nice project! Love it! Keep it up!

Why not make door opening pull loop too? More weight loss. Also does a race car with full cage need door locks? Better yet, they do make carbon doors. The cost of them is about equal to the time you spent on the door and still way lighter.
