RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
200 gr cottage cheese
200 gr ricotta
1 egg
⁠Mix well
½ tsp baking soda
4 tsp flour
Mix well
Olive oil
Fry over low heat for 1 minutes
Flip over and fry another 1 minute
