That was brilliant the best ghost hunt ive seen in a long time😂😂, the only spirits there are behind the bar 😂❤
Sorry just found this 1 on ghosts ❤after i said do you do ghost hunting 😂❤
Just found your channel love it, do you go ghost hunting to ,only just seen this one, great video ❤
Me and my Daughter text each other and say, " look out the window at the moon" too. It looks really lovely and cozy. Just a tip for you, if you do any more tiling, get a damp cloth and clean the tiles while the mix is still wet, it will be a lot easier for you and less time consuming. Love the look of all your home. Love all the decor. it`s beautiful.
Thank you I will defo do that x although I think I'll leave out tiling for a bit I've had enough lol xxx
After coming across your videos yesterday I watched one at Ardsley. When I saw the title of this one today, I instantly had to watch. I was hoping you came across my Great,G, Great Uncles gravestone. Abel and Arthur Marsh, and also on the head stone is John William Marrow. The gravestone is in the lower part of the graveyard. Can`t exactly remember as it`s a long while since I have been, I really should visit again. All being in the first world war in France.. Abel Marsh came home with injuries, which he died from 6 months later, I think it was, he is buried in this grave. Arthur Marsh, isn`t in this grave, but is remembered as a war memorial for him and John William Marrow. Arthur Marsh and John William Marrow fell in action in France and both are remembered in the Commonwealth War Graves Commissions, and on other war memorials too. Arthur Marsh got his wounds while in action in France, and was discharged came home and died from his injury`s, some say he did`nt and that is why he isn`t named on the war memorials. I think that is discusting, as a family ancestor, yes he did get his injurys from the war, he died from those injury`s, a few months later. He was 22yrs old. I`ve seen his release papers etc. He give his life to fight in the war, he should be remembered on the war memorials. Going back to your video Sarah, my parents were married in this church. and while you were walking passed the church, I could imagine my Mam and Granddad there, from the photos I have. Both sadly not with us no more. My grand parents lived in Darfield, where Mam grew up, infact where both my grandparents would have grown up too. My Nannie and Granddad lived on East Street, and that`s were I was born and so was one of my brother`s 2 yrs before me. Lol. All our relatives were in Darfield and some still are. I`ve so many precious memories of the place. It was lovely watching your video, brought many of them back, even though you were only in the church yard. The church is beautiful inside, so I hope you get the chance next time to go inside. Thanks for a lovely video. The river you could see would be the River Dearne.
Awwww thanks for commenting, yes i totally agree that's disgusting he did not get a mention. If it was me I'd challenge the authorities get it added now its wrong that. I'm going back to film again and next time I'll definate my do the lower area and more besides, it was just so cold my hand was freezing off lol also I have to go in that church. Perhaps I'll go to the service I can film before and after it see what I can find xxx
@@SarahsUKGraveyard Yes it was a cold day wasn`t it for you. Spring might be a nice time to go with all those spring flower shoots peeking through.
What a beautiful church!
Gorgeous isnt it xx
Hi Sarah, the church at Goldthorpe isn’t a Catholic Church, it’s Church of England. It is very special building being constructed from reinforced concrete. It’s one of the earliest examples of this kind of construction.
Oh is it? Blimey I was sure it was Catholic. Either way it's gorgeous. Yes I failed to mention that it is. Fabulous building that xxx
You missed the grave of Ebenezer Elliott the corn rhymer. Darfield Church is mentioned 😊in the Doomsday book, it’s stunning inside.
Don't worry I'm defo going back. It's the one with the railings I think. I was just freezing cold it had to be about minus 3cthat day with thec wind chill xxxx
@ yes, the one with the railings. Don’t know how those escaped being removed during WWII when lots of iron railings were removed to be used in manufacturing. The church is mentioned in the Doomsday book, it was built in the 11th century, further additions were made in the 14th & 15th centuries. The pews inside are the original boxes with the little doors. You should look at Great Houghton church too, that’s got links back to Oliver Cromwell. There’s a monument to him in the village.
@sharontaylor9045 fabulous ill defo take a look xxxx
Enjoyed the vid :)
Awwww thank you so much xxx
Me grandma said there was a spirit of a mad Parson roaming or more like floating if he was a ghost round Palm mill . Apparently there was a railway tunnel that was a short route to chaddy baths but they darent use it and went the long way round in case he was in there 👻😂
Omg thats scary. Floating ghosts I think are the worst xxx
So its the "Grande-Theater"--getting the chop ??--they seem to be hovering over everything,-in poor old "Oldham"-everytime you turn around-something gets bulldozed--its a real shame !!-
The town is beyond saving now I think. It just looks like any other manufactured town when you go up town ow xx
The house you show 20 union street, used to be a doctors. Dr Hollis and DrFerguson if I remember rightly
Ahhh brilliant thank you xxxx
Hi. That was really good .
Awww thank you xxxxd

Ohhhh I made parkin for Christmas and let me tell you it was absolutely gorgeous. Oukd gave been a bit more gingery though. I filmed it but then deleted the footage by accident. Xxxx

American here I would bet it's cups for the recipe. Good luck hope it turns out for you.
Yeah-& recon it would be CUPS-too
Thanks so much xx
The name fall was commonly used in England until about the end of the 1600s, when it was ousted by autumn. Interestingly an even older name used was "harvest" but eventually, the use of it as a name for the season fell out of use, instead becoming used for the period when ripened crops are harvested.
Ahhh brilliant xxxx
ive got a update too.. the digger is sat outside the old nightclub on union street/king street ready to pull it down.
Your kidding ??-wonder if it is the old "Candle"-night club ??
No way. The grande theatre, well if I can I'll try and film it this weekend xxx

Hey !!--I enjoyed these stories Sarah,-especially those "Illustrations"-look great!--More please,-I was working in an old Manor-House years ago,-Deceased estate, helping a mate do some repairs to some skirting-boards,-My mate said "I'll go and get some smoko"-& left,-After a while the front door opened,-& someone ran up the stairs,-I thought it was my mate come back,-I went to have a look & the front door was still closed,-but the place became freezing cold,-The old-fashioned phone in the hall rang-I thought it was my mate calling--I answered it & a woman was calling for "joan"-then my mate came back-with the Smoko,-& i told him I said some one was looking for Joan on the phone,-He said that phone was disconnected two weeks ago!!--my mate thought I was all B/S--but a neigbour-said a lady called Joan lived in place years ago,--so I shut up & kept working odd jobs around the place,--it's all "high-Rise"-now-But that was my only weird encounter,-
Oh wow that's really scary but absolutely fascinating. Where was the house! Xxx
@@SarahsUKGraveyard The old Manor House,-was near the old Ashfield Valley Flats,-in 1976-(the notorius Flats story is on UA-cam,built by Cyril-Smith Mayor)-I use to live in a bedsit there 76-they were in Rochdale,--the flats were demolished around 1992-along with the old Manor,-& other buildings-My mate builder Joe-Barrow-had a W/shop in Milnrow-& had contract to fix up a lot of old buildings around the Rochdale area--But sadly most got Demolished in the end.I used work at the Sam-Smiths-Manor Brewery-in Molesworth st-(closed 74)-& work with Joe on weekends to get extra ''Brass"-

Nice one Sarah! My Grandad told me the story of Chamber Hall back when I was a kid. I'm guessing Boggart Hole Clough has stories like that too. We used to hang out there sometimes as it was within walking distance of my school. Cheers!
