The basis of this song is a book called "A Higher Call" - I finished that book towards the end of a 5h flight and I was in tears, to the point a cabin crew member asked if I was ok. Yes, I was ok - the final pages of the book detail how Charlie, his surviving flight crew and their families and descendants surrounded and hugged Franz. Because Franz did not pull the trigger that day, multiple generations of sons, daughters, and grandchildren had the chance to live.

Its intresting that people still call sabaton a "na*I" band and that the people it are active nass*is I as a swede got told that even by teachers when growing up , last time a teacher told me that, that I can remember was like 2018 2019

It was not a famine, livestock, food, grain was being exported from Ireland to the UK, while the Irish people themselves were starving. Ireland had an uprising in the Easter of 1916 (The Easter Uprising), leading to some independence. In 1922 Ireland regained 26 out of 32 counties, the Br Emp kept the northern 6 counties Ulster / NI). A divide between the people who wanted to be part of Ireland (mainly Catholic) and the people who wanted to be part of the UK in Ireland (mainly Protestant). The people on both sides did not hate one another, they often helped one another, and much aid did come from the British people themselves. This is/was a war, .........for what? Greed, today the people in the north are in an equally bad state as the people in the south, none of us gained anything but we lost a lot, which will scar our children for generations to come. The first half is jokes because that's what the audience want, and it parodies Kanye rapping about trivial shit, then the second half admits what is happening but deconstruct it by saying comedy is just repetition then he repeats the jokes from the first half but now you know he is trying to not fall apart.

We may never know the names of these boys, but thanks to Sabaton, we finally know their story.

The Kami band are god tier , so is Su-Metal. The band love to play for her as they are normally told with other singers to keep it down so not to drown the lead singer, but with Su-Metal they are told to go hard as you like, she will sing over any amount of metal.
