Chord Variations or CVs are sub elements inside Variations, Intros, Fills, Break and Endings. The chord variation is a variant of the pattern of the element in which it is in. There could be more than one CV inside each element. By default at lease one CV should be there.
Chord variations are used for getting more accurate chord generation in styles. It can also be used to have a slightly different pattern for different chord types in the same element.
This tutorial explains how to use the chord variations. It covers what are chord variations, how the chord generation works and how to create a style with multiple chord variations. It also explains how to handle a situation when something new is recorded in an existing style and the new recording is not played while the style is played back.
