@@David-tp9ml which power pack did U use? It has to be the one that came with the dock and not a laptop one. Some laptop ones have the same plug.

@@willpratt8608 Ours was actually an easy fix, I think. We just replaced 1 battery in Tombstone and that seemed to do it. My guess once the weapon was triggered it didn't have power enough to run the weapon and receive a signal.

@@Afcrowell Sometimes a low battery can cause devices to do wierd stuff like turn on or randomly do things.

It's registered with ring. If you try to sell it it can be tracked and if U use it it can be tracked. Also...it's a doorbell...U cant really make much money off an old doorbell

@@LetMeFixIT Right, but that wouldn't stop some p.o.s from taking it off. I took a look at mine after watching your vid. The manual that came with it doesn't explain how the mounting/unmounting operates. I learned that there are 2 security screws which must first be removed before the cam can be unmounted as you showed. Thanks a million for your vid. As usual, these manufacturers don't provide enough info. Maybe the proper instruction paper was missing from mine? I will install today. I have a ring, but I only hear the background noise when trying to talk to someone at the door. It's INSANE! I did some testing with my ring yesterday and the audio is TONS better! I can actually hear the outside voice. Thanks again.

No you don't as the dock provides power to your laptop via the connection cable.

Since it's a mesh system, they tend to not let you choose (which is really annoying) but here are a few things you can try: For 5ghz, you can try making sure both your eeros (if you have more then 1) are not too close to each other so they don't overlap the broadcasting. Then you can try to remove the SSID you've chosen on the switch and then add it back again. If you are lucky, you may find your switch connects to the eero with the stronger 5ghz signal instead (as the eeros favor stronger signal over band) ...and for 2.4 only, you can go to the troubleshooting and turn off 5ghz if you have any devices that are 2.4 only. Finally, you can always connect it straight to an ethernet cable via the eero if you must have the fastest speed.

Hey Ally, as an adult, if you really must remove the supervision; you can hard factory reset the phone. Usually, there is a command for the certain type of phone you have that bypasses the operating system before it boots. For example, on some android phones, you can press and hold certain keys while turning the power on. After factory resetting the phone, you can use a new Gmail account. However, please note that some phones have FRP (factory reset protection) in case a thief tries to steal your phone to do this exact method. In this case, I would suggest contacting google support for account recovery. They will ask you for your personal identification and once you have sent them that, they will release your account and transfer the supervision. Having said this, you would've received an email that gave you a choice to claim the account when you turned the appropriate age for your account. If you can find that, you may be able to refer to it.

@@LetMeFixIT i have 2 montiors before today if i pressed print screen it captured 1 screen, had to unplug 1 today and after i plugged it back in it captures both now

Put your battery in then plug it in to charge. Make sure it's at least from a phone charger and not just a plain USB port. I've found that it doesn't charge from any port. Then just wait. It takes ages for it to gain battery before you can turn it on. Wait at least half an hr after plugging it in before trying to turn it on.

Which hub do you use? And only during obs?

Really? My eero broadcasts both 5 and 2.4 - what eero do you have?
