The point of the LR3 is that it doesn’t need 35s to perform well. Now if anything fails with the air suspension you will be stranded because the wheels will be stuck in the fenders

I prefer to over-build. But do remember that 37s make everything look small, and cameras flatten the topography out. Haha

It’s crazy how guys can go “haha h2 hummer so dumb” then buy something like this. At least an h2 has 4 doors and had SOME street cred in the 2000s. These things are terrible.
Interesting take. Mechanically, the H2 was the worst of the three hummer models for out of the box for proper wheeling. The tie rods were laughably small and so on. An H3 Alpha was a much better platform.
@@fj_matt h2 weighs like 500 pounds more than an fj, similar to the new land cruiser.

Did you ever replace the throttle controller with the “FJ-specific” model? Can you please share information on that?
I currently have a Throttle Grenade one. When the FJ comes back, I’ll be doing a Yota Werks tune, and I’ll get rid of the throttle controller all together.🤙🏼

I would still take my 1st. Gen. raptor 6.2 I love the sound of power . But Ido have A 1979 FJ55 iron pig to take out on cruse night it's to clean to take off road !
1st gens with the 6.2 are gems! I have a 2023 bronco on 37s as well, and Ford knows how to build a good offroad vehicle too. 🤙🏼
