The wherls are cast aluminium with solid nylon feet. Rated at 500kg each. More than adequate for this machine.

What kind of percision do you get out of this? Trying to decide going diy or just buying an MR-1. The MR-1 is so cheap it hardly makes sense to even convert a benchtop mill.

Thanks for watching. This engine is for a motorsport application where the CC of the engine is limited to 1420. I already use iron block in existing engine but alloy engine is 25KG lighter which will make a big difference in my sport.

You did great work! What can i say i think lining (leaning?) seals for cilinders are too thin because oem sealings are much fatter. maybe under preassure, temperature and oil they begin to be much fatter / filler? Ending part: I wil not recommend to lubricate innner part of sealing sump with silicone. It should be only lubricated from outer part (from sealing sump). Leakeges are often but if we gone dirty this side it will be problem for future repleacments.
