All the people in the chat who were criticising bob dylans sound and instrumental saying like “the guitars out of tune” have no clue what they’re talking about
'39 it is not a straight lyrically song, it is not a year of 1939, it is about somewhere 39 in the the future! The song relates the tale of a group of space explorers who embark on what is, from their perspective, a year-long voyage. Upon their return, however, they realise that, due to the effects of time dilation from traveling at relativistic speeds, a hundred years have passed on Earth, and the loved ones they left behind are now all dead or aged! Also by the time of 1975 Freddie was still living with his girlfriend Mary Austin (they were living together for 6 years), he wrote a love song for her and after his death he left a house and a lot of money for her, she was a true Love of His Life...the rest is history!
Parabola by Tool = Screenshot by Swans
He’s got waves
I listen a lot of Meshuggah since the 90s, every album, but by the end of this one I always feel mentally exhausted
No but Lady Gooner was crazy 😭
the amount of real people in this video is crazy... watching a real person experience music made by real people in an honest way is so beautiful man
love you buddy . thanks for being who you are
This chat is awful
They made four masterpiece albums in a row. Black Celebration, Music for the Masses, Violator, Songs of Faith & Devotion
you should listen to their album haha, they're sound is very different every single album, but still stays with its punk roots.
YES MY FAV BAND EVER
Regarding Death on two legs. Queen was being screwed out of their money. The guy was driving on rolls Royces and limos and the band, after 3 successful albums, were still starving, living in the same room. I’d be pissed off too!
I actually enjoyed two of the songs on this album, those songs being Champion and Self-Destruct Personality (not including the rap sections, those were cringe.) The other songs have absolutely nothing good about them XD.
This was the first album I bought with my own money as a kid. Every note of every song is GREAT!
Everything that Dylan is writing has a meaning to him, You have to consider the time in which he wrote it for some of the meaning.
This was great! Did he ever get to Blonde on Blonde?
Was not expecting to see Sans Beanstalk on here
'39. The ship is a space ship... A story/song relating to Quantom physics.
Pdf file was so deep 😔
pls react to her other hit album from back thennnn
You need to check out PINK FRIDAY 2 - NICKI MINAJ 🔥🔥
Criminally underrated brad reaction, gus is awesome, brad liked it, deserves more recognition
Can you react to Madonna's album Confessions on a Dance Floor?
Can you react to hit me hard and soft?
WHERES THE TIMESTAMP GUYS?
Sans beanstalk is incredible, sums up British subcultures so well. I never even thought about how an American might react to it but this is so good!
There was a time when white culture brought the world things like the lightbulb and the Sistine chapel ceiling.. Yeah well now it's just shit like this. Good job Tom.
i want him to listen to dauntless manifesto so bad😭
Lol I know I’m late but this is some bullshit from Brad. Criticism of “switch ups” in music with progressive and psychedelic elements is complete ignorance. If they weren’t there I’m sure he would label the songs as one-paced, repetitive or boring. Take your pick. Context is important - this is a debut. The recording equipment is shitty and while sure, the vocals aren’t great, they really squeeze everything out of the little they have. If this album was written by some highly regarded band I’m sure he’d be praising it to the high heavens. I mean criticising a song called Found God In A Tomato for not having serious lyrics? Give me a break lol, that isn’t serious analysis. Not to mention all of his little minions in the chat on their knees echoing the exact same sentiments despite not hearing a second of the music. Absolutely insufferable nerds just desperate to please. I would consider myself a fan of Brad, and whilst I’ve disagreed with takes of his in the past, this just felt incredibly lazy and biased.
ive definitley started to dislike brad as a music reviewer, and without sounding obnoxious, this is genuinley a really solid album if you've done psychedelics. the sillyness of finding "god" in a tomato is legit something you'd get upto on shrooms or lsd and it doesnt seem like something to critique a song on. why does he want a lyric to be more sensible, who's the target audience here lol, their name is fucking psychedelic corn crumpets, theres no seriousness XD
lmao I love the other side love 😂 also can’t believe my lil ass was bumping these freaky (highkey TRASH) bangers
lol u didnt even try to listen to it what a sore loser
The more times I revisit this video the more I realize that limp bizkit is actually kinda good.
good thing opinions are sanctioned
does brad smoke weed again? lol
Uncut?
Swans and Neurosis inflluenced each other a lot. The members actually know each other. Jarboe even had an album with them.
Rearranged is deep fake garbage but J Cole or whatever you listen to I’m sure is very profound bud.
do u guys have the iced earth stream uncut 👉👈
Just cover Gold cobra and still sucks
Thats my album! Thanks for uploading 👌🏾
WHERE IS THE DEATH SYMBOLIC STREAM
Randomly clicked this video. People actually listen to this dude? Clearly knows nothing about music.
If you watch videos on the making of this album it’s so interesting. Moreno and Carpenter had some tension because Moreno started to learn how to play guitar and Carpenter got kind of intimidated by that. So they had some friendly competition by one-upping each other on who could write better songs. In the end, there were no hard feelings and only made the band stronger because this album really showcased all of the talent each member had. Digital Bath is one of the first songs that Moreno wrote on his own for the album. Carpenter then one-upped with Elite. Also, this is the first album of the deftones that featured a turn-table. Usually in Nu metal the turn table was more upfront in the sound for bands like Limp Bizkit but for Change In The House Of Flies, they used a guitar pedal and a turn table to create the haunting, spooky sound effects that play throughout the song. The singer of Stone Temple Pilots is featured in Rx Queen, and he also helped write the song which is why it sounds like a STP song. Also, the singer of Tool helped write and produce Passenger, but ended up actually being featured on the song. There’s interviews where deftones talked about the production of the song, and Moreno saying how blown away they were and how it sounded like a Tool song.
shit hits crazy on mushrooms btw
I know that Back To School was added to be a single and to promote the album better and that Deftones preferred the version without it, but I love that back to school is the opening track and pink maggit is the end track. Back to school introduces us to what the album is going to sound like, and pink maggit is a slower, more somber callback to the upbeat back to school. I think it brings everything full circle and really gives the album that magnum opus feeling. I think everything turned out the way it was supposed to be.
Some outrageous takes here lol, one of brad’s biggest issues with the album was that it doesn’t take itself seriously, esp with the lyrics but personally that’s what makes it such a fun experience for me, the lyrics make me laugh. Album sounds like innocent youthful fun, one of my faves to put on for a jam when in a good mood - I feel like he went into this expecting it to be deep or serious but that’s not really what PPC offer
Are there any GY!BE reactions archived?
Wow! This guy is even more retarded than i was expecting. Probably the cringiest of all these idiotic “trendy” limp bizkit haters.
Another f*cking idiot riding the trendy limp bizkit hate train, thinking it’s pretty edgy and intelligent.
