She was following his commands. Deprivation of rights under color of authority is a federal crime anywhere in this country. She pulled over, lowered her window, was looking for her id and was compliant even after he assaulted her. There was no public purpose for this arrest. If this was not in public service it was personal. He needed to be obeyed. That is a deviancy. Are headlights required during the day? She was over the speed limit. That does not require assault and battery. So it was personal. How angry he was yelling "You don't get to tell me how to do my job!" He was triggered, his deviancy kicked in and nothing was going to stop him from compelling the will of your daughter. Like any addict and deviant, nothing was going to stop him from being obeyed. I want to encourage you push for local and federal arrests and make the authorities answer if this were them, would it be criminal then? Did your daughter feel violated? When he mounted her and restrained her, did she feel violated? I hope she gets set up for life. Even if she was not immediately obedient, opening the door and dragging her out in lest than 90 seconds is a huge overreaction. I've seen clips of people who were rude, drunk, uncooperative, and pulled over for far more serious offenses, and most officers are surprisingly patient and restrained with them, even the sovereign citizens. I have no idea what she said or did, but obnoxious teenagers are part of the job.
