What is the ideal temperature for 10 gm sand when it's placed on plate? And at what temperature we should press the start button
Ideal temperature is between 100-110 C. You start the test when the equipment has already achieved the temperature.
Permeability unit of co2 mould??
Typically permeability is measured in permeability number as defined by AFS standard. Other unit is mm of water column.
What is the weight of the sample
Typical is 150g, but it’s not same for all sand compositions. Specimen height is critical not the weight.

What is the minimum weight of soil sample to be consider for permeability test
It is about 150 gm. You would need to standardized the weight for your own sand composition. Ultimately the goal is to make a specimen which is 50mm or 2" in height (depending on the standard that you are using)
How much pressure is applied by sand rammer on sand to for. 2"X2" specimen.
It is impact load. Standard weight is dropped from standard height as prescribed by standards.
Weight of sample you use for this test?
Weight of sample is decided based on, how much sand is required to make a good specimen within tolerance. It can vary from setup to setup. Typically it’s around 153 g give or take a 20.
