Hiya guys, loving the content. keep it up. im a day one sub. i watched all ur vlogs. May Allah bless the family inshaAllah ameen. btw im from South Wales. so you got a welsh fan haha. Anyways i seen from the vlogs you guys get hungry a bit. try staying away from oil/ meat food. im not PT like shane dont get me wrong. he probs knows million times more than me. but i do go gym 7 days a week for 2/3 hours and got a PT. he got me a good plan and i hardly get hungry at ALL! literally iftar comes i have milk and a date and im good dont even need that tbh but its sunnah so uno haha. but yeh. i have oats or weetabix with full fat milk but you can have whatever milk you want. add in a tiny bit of honey, and peanut butter and have banana as a side. i can add extra fruit if i want like berries but i do heat the milk to warm. i sometimes add protein powder to it to give me extra. then i had pint of water. and then you can take supplements if you want vitamins minerals etc electrolyte that you are missing out on etc. that helps so much. but yeah hope it help. oh and you can nap when the babies asleep try then as it is sunnah to nap haha. salam guy

guys eat oats oe wheatabix with milk not water in it and add protein powder and peanut butter and a banana and then 2 boiled eggs and water to drink and trust me it helps. literally even at iftar i hardly eat coz im not even hungry. and you can nap guys its sunnah haha so get a nap in when the babies napping see if that helps.
