Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this super delicious dish called Peanut Sprouts Stir Fry with Pork Jowl 花生芽炒豬面肉. Sprouted Peanuts are one of the most concentrated
natural sources of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, trace elements, amino-acids and proteins. Excellent protein alternative packed with nutrients with healthy heart monosaturated fats. Sprouting makes nuts more digestible, gives them much greater nutritional value and makes them crunchier 😊 Pork jowls are the biggest cut of meat on the head. Ingredients:
Peanut Sprouts 1 lb
Pork jowl 1 lb
1/2 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
2 green onions (cut into short strips)
2 Tbsp soybean sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
Pork jowl marinate:
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water
Slurry mixture:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water
