Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this super easy and delicious Shrimp & Eggs Tofu Don (Easy 1 person meal Recipe) 鮮蝦豆腐蓋飯 (簡單一人食譜）I love to make this dish when I am cooking for myself, this recipe is very versatile, you can replace the shrimp with any meats you like such as chicken, beef, pork or salmon. Also with the super soft egg tofu, it makes it so healthy and nutritious. My boy loves it so much 😋
Ingredients
6 shelled and deveined shrimp
1 tube egg tofu
2 eggs
1/4 onion (sliced)
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp mirin
3 Tbsp water
