Dawn is a mini Vaporeon. Moltres/Dialga + Dawn as a combo. Fire hits hard but they dont have a great Fire energy generator. Moltres flipping 3 tails is almost as bad as Misty.

Darkrai + Weavile is the play

We'll combo darkrai ex with weavile ex so we can always fulfill the condition for weavile to do max dmg. This set is overall a great shakeup to the meta. Hope to see some duel showcases!

About confusion, I think you may have gotten some bad info from Googles AI summary. In the tips section it says that confusion is just a coin flip on whether the attack will go through or not. No damage.
