I loved your video! I have just finished embroidering my second Hinterland dress. I love it! I was nervous to do it, but I waited for a vision, and once I had one, I went for it. I have been fantasizing about embroidering my clothing for years. I did some in my youth, but stopped, and thought I should adopt a more grown up look. Well I am 65 now and decided it's now or never! You have great ideas!!! I can't wait to see you bring them to life!

Thanks, Megan. Those are great goals. My mom tried to teach me to knit when I was young and I never got the hang of it. I have 2 scarves I knit decades ago and wear them. My memory is that she casted on and casted off so there's a bit of her in there too. Love your gallery wall!

Absolutely loving these makes, especially the first light wash wabi sabi jeans!!! They remind me so much of the jeans I used to wear before I grew out of them. They look so beautiful and whimsical with embroidery. I did keep my old jeans so this is very inspiring.

Nice finds! The last one I would definitely make into a shirt, but an other idea is to chop it under the embroidered front piece and add another fabric to make it to a long enough dress.

Could you please share the pattern number of the Nicole Miller McCalls jacket? The R10615 on the envelope of your pattern is just a display number. The instructions should have the actual pattern number, an M followed by 4 digits. Thanks! I have the M8007 pants pattern, but I'm still new to sewing clothes, so I haven't tried it yet. It's for meant for wovens, so make sure you take that into account when you figure out what size to make. Happy sewing!
