    I'm trying to create a trigger for a phrase when I come to DM, but I'm only finding automatic responses when I comment on a post. Do you know how I can do this?

      Hi Anderson! In order to create a workflow to send out a instagram DM when someone messages you a specific phrase; you will need to create a new workflow (start from scratch). Select your trigger as "Customer Replied" - then add filter. The first filter should be "Reply Channel" then select Instagram. Next add a second filter for "contains phrase" and type out the phrase you would like to trigger this automation, and hit enter. Once you have your trigger configured, hit save and move on to adding in your workflow actions. For this we will simply add a "Instagram-DM" acton. Configure your messaging and hit save action. Lastly, publish your workflow and hit save at the top right hand side. I appreciate you commenting! I hope this helps! Thank you, Emily

    This is fantastic 🥰 Can you add a custom value updater form that a client can complete and it will automatically update all the custom values, message templates and pretty much fully customized the snapshot? I think such a custom value updater form will really make this snapshot extremely powerful since there are many different services in the home services niche.

      Hi! Thank you for commenting! In order for your "my profile" settings to show up inside the sub-account, you have to make sure your user has been added to that sub-account. To do this you can go into your Agency Setting, then go to "Team" and search for your profile. Once you select to "edit" your profile you will need to go to the profile section "User Roles" and add the sub account you would like to use to access your user profile settings.       Hi! Yes, you should connect your instagram account from the marketing tab. I would also look over the settings inside the workflow trigger and make sure they are connected to the right post & comment trigger.       Hi Kyle! When you are configuring the AI workflow you will want to give the bot some context on your post content/ purpose by adding it into your chatgpt promt action #1 in the workflow. This is the example GHL gives: "This is a comment on my Facebook post by a user. I sell personal finance courses. The post was regarding a new workshop. Prepare a response for this comment {{fb_comment_on_post.fb.body}}, It should not be more than 20 words and the tone should be playful but professional." ^You would replace the "I sell personal finance courses. The post was regarding a new workshop." with what your product/service is and what your post was regarding. That way the bot has a better understandng of how to repond.     I have a few questions, when somone doesn't respond, how to send them back to the conversation again? so they keep getting a new message every day for a week? Keep pushing them to the scheduling bot? Also, ive had a few issues where a lead comes in at say 10:00PM and 4 hours later they get a reminder...i thought the workflow had a time restriction active, but it doesn't seem to care. Any ideas?

      Hi, thank you for commenting! For the 1st question: The best way to achieve this is to create a workflow that will send follow up messages depending on what channel they came in from; If you have the Conversation Ai set to Auto Pilot it will automatically pick back up on the conversation/ reply. For question 2: Your Wait step actions inside the workflow will override the workflow settings. Make sure that if you do have a wait steps in your sequence that you turn on "Advanced Settings" ad select your day/ time to send. Also, double check the contacts timezone - sometimes it will send early if the time for the contact is within the day/time window. If your client's business is located outside the US and Canada and they do not plan on sending any text messages to phone numbers within these countries, then completing the A2P registration is not be necessary. The primary purpose of A2P registration is to comply with regulations and carrier requirements within the US and Canada. Without the intention to engage customers or users via SMS within these regions, your client would not be subjected to the same rules and verification processes.       Hi there! Yes, you can bulk import products into Go High Level by uploading a csv list of your products. You will need to export a csv list of your products from Aliexpress, CJ Dropshipping, or Alibaba first. Then go into your High Level Account, under the "Payments" Tab. Go to "Products" and select "Import As CSV." Then download High Level's example CSV so you can make sure your csv file is formatted correctly.       Hi there, I like using custom fields to track how far the caller went in the IVR system, but you don't have to add those to your IVR system if you don't want to, its more of a personal preference kind of thing. If you were doing an IVR system where the caller can select what product/service they are interested in, then you could use the custom fields to help customize a nurture sequence for that contact.     Great video and very informative. I do have some questions :-) I saw how you can listen to a voicemail but as part of the workflow can you forward the voicemail to a user? I don't fully understand why you created the IVR Custom values. I understand where you updated the values but what was the purpose of that? Lastly :-) the call connect condition, does that work for external numbers as well or only for numbers used within HL? Again great video!

      Hi there, Thank you for commenting! Currently, the only custom field for the voicemail is the duration of it, they don't give us a recording link that we can share, so we are not able to send the voicemail to the user - I'm hoping they will update this! I like using custom fields to track how far the caller went in the IVR system, but you don't have to add those to your IVR system if you don't want to, its more of a personal preference kind of thing. The call connect feature is based off of a user's phone number. Unlike the internal notifications action, the call connect does not give you the option to select a "particular number" instead of a user's phone number. You can use the IVR system to replace the missed call text back settings, so in the event that someone calls the IVR and the call connect does not work, and the user misses their call, you can set up a text message action inside your IVR workflow to send to the contact. Also, new IVR Update this morning, you can now add external numbers to your IVR system (I remember you mentioned wanting to do that).     I love HighLevel but this is not a Linktree page. The purpose of a Linktree is for mobile use where the links take you to the social media apps… not the mobile browser where the user would have to login. That’s friction and it kills click through rates. It would be great if HighLevel had the option to use deep links so this feature would be of actual use.

      Hi there - I appreciate your feedback on High Level. I wanted to share a preview link to a link tree page that contains links to both my instagram and facebook pages. You will notice that if you have the Instagram or Facebook app installed on your mobile device, these links will open up inside your instagram or facebook account - not inside your web browser. ➡️Test it out: app.highlevel360.com/v2/preview/fysbgq5aPDH3ZJa1EsYm?notrack=true It is important that the links you use on the back-end of your funnel are your social media profile share links. As an example: to find your Facebook Business page link, search for your business page while your logged into your app, once you find it, click on it and then select share. It should give you the option to copy the profile link for that page. You can then take that link and add it to the back end of your Linktree Funnel or Website page. Once you have your Linktree page customized inside of HL, you can then add a custom domain to it. I do have my company information which is set in Belgium. My questions are. 1) Do I still need to do the A2P verification even though my company is set out of the US? 2) Can I buy an American number to make SMS marketing campaigns for clients in the US ? Or to be able to buy a number and send messages I need to be located in the US? I would appreciate the help!

If you are planning to send text messages to US or Canadian phone numbers then the number you will be using to send those messages must be A2P Complient in order to be delivered. For countries that are not located inside the US/Canada, but are still wanting to send sms messaging to prospects in those countries, I would recomend setting up an american phone number and Registering their A2P Brand Registered as a Sole Proprieter. You should be able to go into their sub account settings, and purchase an American phone number, then go into your trust center and register their A2P as Sole Proprieter.       For your marketing Agency, go into the sub account you use and submit your A2P Registration as a Sole Proprieter. Once you are approved you can then purchase a phone number; Then you will attach the A2P Registration to that phone number so you can start sending/ recieving sms messages. The A2P Registration will be attached to the phone numbers within a sub account, so you will not need to be A2P verified as the owner of Main Account in order for the sub accounts to make SMS campaigns and automations. Meaning that you will need to submitt the A2P Registration for your US clients within their subaccount, once approved you/ they will be able to purchase a phone number, then attach the A2P Registration to that number and then they can start sending/rcieving sms. @@prohero5580

    Great content thank you. Can you help me??I have 2 GHL accounts one is a sole prop and the other is an LLC. The one with an LLC there is not website and the sole prop does have an website (WordPress) can you help me become compliant for both? I do not use my website for lead gen or marketing does that matter? Also I use FB lead forms for most marketing how does this effect compliance since they cannot check the privacy clause there. Do my landing pages matter?

      Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it! When submitting your A2P Campaign for the Sole Prop, make sure the website you are using has a Terms & Conditions Page and a Privacy Policy Page, and make sure all forms (if any) on the website contain a T&C opt-in box. For the LLC (because it does not have a website) I would recomend using a website that contains the advice mentioned above. In addition, if you try using your facebook lead forms as your opt-in type, it will most likely be rejected b/c it does not have the T&C Check box. For your landing pages, as long as they contan links to your Terms & Condition and Privacy policy page, you should be complient with current A2P requirements. I hope this helps!     I found a glitch when I was trying to set up the voice mail. Basically when the call is redirected to the team member, the personal voice mail on the phone number it's redirected too comes up and because of that it doesn't allow the voice mail on the IVR to be triggered because the logic doesn't label it as missed,busy, or canceled... is there a way to fix this...?

      Ah, so basically, because the users voicemail goes through, the call status is being recognised as answered; even though it was not answered by a real person. In order to get around this, you could add an if else action where the call status is "Answered" and then set an additional filter after for the call duration. In exp. Add a branch to your if/ else action; Call status is answered and call duration is less than 30 sec. The idea is that if someone does go through to the voicemail and not a real person, the call duration shouldn't be more than 30 seconds. This is a temporary solution until High Level is able to correct the glitch. Thank you for commenting, I Hope this helps! - Emily

      Hey Charles, does the phone number you are trying to use have a green message that says "A2P Verified" next to where is says "default number"? If your A2P Brand/Campaign has been approved and you do not see that message attached to your phone number, then you will need to link your A2P campaign to that number. You can do this by going into your phone settings and selecting the three dots on the right side. Then select: "Select A2P Campaign To Link" and link your A2P to your phone number. If this has already been done and you are still recieving the 30034 error, you will need to reach out to High Level Support and see if they can diagnose why you are still getting this error.       Hey Charles! The Toll Free number does not need to link to your A2P registration. However, you will need to register the Toll Free number independent of your A2P Regstration if you would like to use it to send sms messages. Unlike A2P, your toll free registration will allow you to send sms messages from the toll free number while the registration is pending, but it will cap how much you can send. I believe its a 2500 segment a day limit until your registration is approved, then it will increase. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions! - Emily

      Hi, sorry for late response. I just now saw your message. The A2P is getting more strict, they now require the website you are using for your opt-in to have a privacy policy page and a terms and conditions page. If they gave you an error do to privacy policy issue, it is problably because the website you are using in your A2P registration does not have a privacy policy. To get registered the business you are working for will need to create a privacy policy page and have it linked at the footer of their website. I hope this helps! Thank you for commenting! - Emily

      For number 1 - I would double check the sample messages. If you did not use the example messages HL provides, I would use them instead of what you currently have, Here is an example: Hey Jane, this is John with My Company. I am reaching out to confirm your appointment for Friday at 2pm. I look forward to seeing you then. Reply Stop To Unsubscribe. Thanks, My Company. For number 2 - I would check to make sure the opt-in message is also using the example HL provides, example: Hey Jane, you have successfully opted in for messages from My Company. Reply STOP to Unsubscribe. Thanks, My Company.       Hey Ryan, Great Question! I think you can either add in the shipping cost to the totall product cost, or; you can configure the additional shipping price/ cost inside the product itself. >When you create a product inside GHL you have the option to add the product price and then add an additional price. You could use this to add in your shipping cost. Of course it would be nice if GHL already had a way to dictate/ add cost to check out based on shipping, but as of right now I don't see that option.       Hey Yunica, If you are unable to see the store inside your website builder, it may be because you are using the old website builder. To start using the new website builder you will need to go into the settings of your sub account. Scroll down till you find the "labs" tab on the sidebar. Once selected, you will be able to see all the upcoming features HL has, scroll through until you find the one that says "Brand New Funnel/Website Builder." Then click the switch to the right (it should turn blue when activated). After you have turned on the New website builder you will be able to access and add in your store.       Yes, Right now you can send sms while your toll free number is in the process of being verified. However, the amount you can send is limited to 2,00 message segments a day.       1 message segment is 160 charectors in length. On average I would say your likely to send 2 message segments per text. The 2,000 message segment limit also includes the texts you recieve from contacts. I'd estimate that you could send 500 to 1,000 text per day with that limit.

Edit: After doing some testing with the Ecommerce store, you can not add reacurring subscription based products to the store yet. At this time it will only recognise one-time payment products.
