Shooting spring piston rifles is an art and a skill that I love.
If you could not tell, I have a passion for spring piston air rifles.
learning how they need to be held, what pellet to use, how much to hold over or under and guessing the wind all plays a big part of enjoying this fabulous sport.
I'm also into natural strength training for the genetically average strength trainer, and Bible related topics.
I grew up shooting the Daisy 880, progressed further into 22 rimfires and was a rifle instructor in the United States Marine Corps.
Strength training has mostly been done through experimentation and reading. Bible background is based on that man is lost in their sins and is in desperate need of salvation through our savior Jesus Christ.

Why Weihrauch is Better than Everything?
Interesting video, I am fairly new to air rifles, and scopes are one of the most confusing things to understand, so many different price points, I have paid 300-$400 for a few and $100-$200 for several, and I honestly can’t tell any major differences between them, I am learning slowly and have learned the hard way, and paid fair money for junk, part of the learning process. Enjoy your videos, thanks for sharing.
Quanti Jolie?
Nice video Chuck! Good looking scope too! Were you using your new microphone, as the sound quality was nice and clear 👍 Enjoy your Sunday and take care
Happy Sunday! What scope would you recommend for hw95?
Good job thank u
Great video! ❤
I could not have done it without your help!😍👍
cool video😃😄😆🤩
I could not have done it without you!😍👍
Love your sweater, bro ! I have the TX 200 cal 22 and also .177 Weirauch mod 50 ..Good choices.
@@vidarbirkeland6127 Thank you for your great comments and checking out my video!🤠👍
FTTs are the pellets Weihrauch use after Manufacturing of guns.
@@6lr6ak6 They seem to work very well in most of my springers.
@springpistonriflefeverlone9611 Yes l used to always use them in the HW80s l had, thi shoot better in Weihrauch's than TXs, there a brill pellet,
The 125 is a beast indeed. I have one in .22 and contemplating (craving) getting one in .25, however I have a older Beeman Kodiak in .25 which basically is the same thing with expensive furniture attached. I'm also trying to justify the need of a 125 in .25 simply because a heavy .22 will penetrate better and shoot flatter. The addiction is real!
@@michaelwthalman Thank you for your great comments Michael!🤠👍
First of all, real world shooting and testing. I could Not ask for more. Second, you're a good shot. You choose good airguns and you choose solid scopes. You use rests to the best advantage which everyone should. In culling situations, I also try to duplicate my testing rests as best I can. Oh, I almost forgot. Hello from the distant outskirts of St Cloud MN
PS I thought I was the only guy out there that wasn't enamored with pcp's...
@@69Harveyb1 Thank you so much, I really appreciate that!🤠👍
Chuck when are you going to share some of your favorite small game recipes? I really just want to see you in an apron haha 😂. All kidding aside I'm sure I am not the only one that would enjoy some good eating that our Father blessed you with. Are you able to use the hides, sinew, etc. for any primitive tools, projects, crafts?
@@Scott-zg8fb Hi Scott 👋 I would really like to know more about all of that and receive some training from people and Native Americans that still know how to do those things. My cooking 🍳🔪 is really basic, brown it, salt, 🧂 pepper, garlic 🧄 onion powder.🧅 Sometimes slow-cooked in cream of mushroom soup with potatoes.😋
Love it ....can u tell me a ultimate springer thats perfect but i am living in pakistan hmmm?

Thank you for explaining Boss. Great video! 👍 It's a challenge shooting artillerie hold. Thank you for video's!
@@joelheusschen7972 You are welcome Joel.🤠👍 I do like a loose hold, but if I'm wiggling around too much, then I need a firmer grip.
Great shooting Boss. Thank you great videos!

Just got into the airgun sport and i freaking love it💯🔥
@@SteveBaca-b8t Hi Steve.👋🙂 Thank you for checking out my video! Yes, air rifles are a blast!🤠👍
@@springpistonriflefeverlone9611 yes sir they are 👍💯🔥
The .25 is definitely a magnum
@@jcnn8097 25 caliber is not an indication of magnum or non-magnum, rather it's in the powerplant. Big long springers are typically magnums, examples are Hatsan 125, Diana 350 and the Gamo Magnum. Ps, thank you for checking out my video!😃👍

Buy a purpose built air gun scope .if Hawke scopes
@@DaveKing-t3m I'm not impressed with the Hawke Air Max scope that I have. It won't hold 0 very well and it is the least used out of my bunch.
Pronounced Pick-uh-tin-ee. Thanks for the review! ❤
In a previous video you said the HW95L what your "go-to" rifle. Do you think the HW50S has the potential to unseat it?
@@brandterickson8175 Hi 👋 Brandt. Thank you for checking out my video.🤠👍 I have to say that the HW95 is still my go-to break barrel air rifle. The HW50s in 22 caliber is great, but it would possibly be a better option in 177 for a flatter trajectory. I'm also planning on cutting a coil or 2 off the mainspring for smoother performance.🎯 With heavier pellets it shoots great but with lighter 14.3 or 14.66 pellets, not so smooth and my groups are not as tight because of the more harsh recoil. I hope that helps you.🤠👍
@@springpistonriflefeverlone9611 That does help, thanks. I'm interested in getting a springer and have been going back and forth between the HW95L in .22 and the HW50S in .177. I'm assuming the spring in the HW50S is the same regardless of caliber, so it sounds like, based on what you're saying, it would take some tuning with the lighter .177 pellets.
Great video! You're much more devoted than I am the older I get I can't deal with the cold I would have to stay in in weather like that LOL
@@DaveSquibbSr Thank you Dave!🤠👍 It's supposed to get like that this week. ❄️🌨️🥶👍
I use these pellets all of the time they shoot great and I have never seen the lead or deformities like you are showing.
@@DaveSquibbSr I'm guessing that they were made on a Monday or Friday lol.😆🤠👍
With a 12ft/lb airrifle it makes more sense to use .177 higher velocity and flatter trajctory .
@@dobs862 It's an opinion.
