Stefano Belotti begins his studies in 2004 with M° Guido Delmonte at the Conservatory "Luca Marenzio" in Brescia graduating with full marks and honors in 2009.
He's received numerous qualifications in national and international orchestras which enabled him to successfully collaborate with important theaters such as: Venice Grand Theater Orchestra, Filarmonica della Scala, Cameristi della Scala, Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano, Orchestra of the Teatro Regio in Turin, Opera Theatre Carlo Felice in Genoa, solo trombone at Solisti Veneti..

What’s the point of this?
How do you mean?
Well I suppose I’m a believer in context…. Whilst perhaps from a tuba or bass trb point of view it might seem fun… but you’re actually by no means the important part of what’s actually going. I’ve seen numerous videos like this and seems more about perhaps stroking ones ego than actually having a context to what the composer is portraying
@@jonburton1935 I understand what you mean, but this is a channel dedicated to the bass trombone. I think it's interesting to be able to listen to the third trombone part in various contexts, so you can listen and study the role.

Yes, I have a Miraphone Bb contrabass , but it’s very big 😅, I prefer the F contra.

The bad news is; there is absolutely no tuba in Verdi's requiem! There is there trombones and an ophicleide. Not that kind of monster! If you don't want to play the original instrument, at least something of the same bore. Cimbasso or Saxhorn!
