Peter and the wolf - trombone excerpts
Peter and the Wolf is a wonderful composition for children and adults that is played very often in theatre seasons in every country.
The writing is very simple and does not present any particular difficulties, but as always, it must be approached with the utmost seriousness and attention for some passages (even solo) in the lower middle register.
In this production I preferred playing the bass trombone, but I generally play the tenor.
