Hi, do you happen to know the width of the polytank? Thanks.
@@ourfamilytree5931 Hi dear.Yes,the Rambo-250: Diameter 150 cm, Height 122 cm, Capacity 2,500 liters
@ Thanknyou for your quick response. Will you also have a larger polytank on ground? I'm at that stage and I need advice.
@ourfamilytree5931 If it’s not going to be mounted on top of the building like mine, you may choose to go for a bigger.Otherwise, the 2500 liters should be enough for domestic storage.
Could you please tell me the paint you’ve used to apply on the base of the building please?
@@nanayaw7743 It’s called TCP Enlastic bitumen membrane. I have a video of it so you could watch to have an idea how the container looks like

No we don’t but should you need any of my artisans,I can be of help to reach them. Thank you
This is awesome! I may check them out when return to visit our land in Aburi in 3 months. Thanks for sharing!
@@warrior1657 You are most welcome and I’m glad you enjoyed it
Please why did you position the DB on kitchen
I have research this product in the UK and can confirm that it works if the instructions are followed well. The dryzone damp proofing cream also works well, however it can be quite messy working with it as compared to the dry rod. Well done for the informative video. I hope Ghanaians will get the solution to these damp problems right and stop resorting to all these treatment chemicals which serve as a temporary fix.
@@josephappiah-kubi240 Thanks for your confirmation of this product 🙏🏽
Please how thick are the glass? Are they 5mm?
@@ruthbaidoo6330 Yes you are right. Its thickness is 5mm. Thanks for your support to my channel 🙏🏽

Please, what are the measurements of your security post?
@sweetbadd9852 I don’t have the measurements off head but it was stated in the security post video so I would suggest you watch it. Thanks for your support to my channel
So who is in charge of connecting it to the water tank and the house.
That’s actually the work of my plumber.
Well too bad for him then
@@annporchee5988 Sure😁
Could you kindly provide me with the date on which the plastering actually was carried out? I would like to compare the standard of workmanship to that of the current project.
@@victoriagyauthe3142 This was carried out on July 2024,some 5 months ago.
Beautiful gate. But knowing that his customer service is a turn off I wouldn’t want to work with him even if he’s the best. He just lost lots of potential client. These artisans forget that satisfied customer leads to numerous customers.
You are absolutely right.I was done with him even before the installation was completed lol
Please could you provide me with details of when the plastering was carried out? Was it completed within the last twelve months?
@@victoriagyauthe3142 It was started in August 2023 and completed September same year. Feel free to ask questions if any. Thanks for being part of my channel.
What will happen when the iron rods are only placed on top of the windows and doors and not all the block works please?
@@believenation6034 This is a storey building and about 6-7 blocks are being added after the lintel so the beams strengthens the structure.

@@charlottemanu Yes dear,he’s in Kumasi
Did the contractor charge separately for the security post or the cost was included with the total cost for the fence wall.
@@kobyboat8350 The cost of the security post was separate and I have the cost breakdown of it in a different video

Are the artisans in Accra? Can I have their contact please
@@terrelmensa4373 They are in Kumasi but works nationwide and this is contact (+233 24 374 7262)
Please I heard you saying you charge the work for 3,000, but I want to know is it both down and first floor
It was for the entire house. It’s been over a year now and I’m pretty sure that price wouldn’t apply now but you can pick up the electrician’s contact and get in touch with him for further assistance.
So they dont put the pump all the way in 100m deep?
@@motivationaltv262 Yes they don’t,just to avoid any damage from the rocky particles beneath. The water rises up to some level so the pump is left hanging at a certain range.
@CITIZEN_ANDOH thanks
Can I do the float stairs if the foundation is lower? Meaning the ground was not elevated?
@@efeyaachaa4870 Yes very possible.Mine wasn’t elevated initially. The floating steps was an afterthought from my builder so discuss that with your mason and I have no doubt they can do it
Nice job! Bro, is the Gh24900 the cost for the entire 30, ks50 windows ?
@@nelsonnyarko328 Thanks for the compliment dear. The cost is for only the 13 windows on the ground floor and workmanship.

Ms. Rubyyyyyy😍😍
Pls is the amount for the total 30 windows or just the 13?
@@patiencesarfo4356 The amount is for the 13 windows on the ground floor. The bigger the windows, the expensive it gets😁.
@CITIZEN_ANDOH wow that's a lot for 13 windows though. I'll look into the sizes of mine. Thanks sir.
@@patiencesarfo4356Trust me it is. The KS 50 is probably the most expensive as far as these types of windows are concerned. But they have less cheaper ones like the Triaco and Italian. The KS 50 is also sound proof. The other thing to talk about is inflation. I got an initial quote which was about Gh3000 less.I waited two months down the line and the prices of materials skyrocketed again.😢
That definitely contributed to the cost. Waiting makes things expensive but what can we do when funds aren't readily available. It is well. Thanks for sharing.
@patiencesarfo4356 You are absolutely right. May we all be great with our projects 🙏🏽
