I used Damp proof membrane,we had ran out of it half way on that right side. I’ll still apply Bitumen paint on the base of the walls. Thanks for your observation and thoughts. I appreciate it so much 🙏🏽

@@CITIZEN_ANDOHthanks. With the Bitumen paint do you need to paint on it when it’s time to paint the house or you leave it as it is without applying paint to it? Again, do you always plaster b4 applying the bitumen or you can equally apply the bitumen and plaster it afterwards. Cheers

Hello dear. Gh45,000 as labor for the plastering of the description of your project is way too much. I spent Gh28,000 as labor for plastering my 5Bedrooms house and less than 200 bags of cement were used. Also 3 trips of sand should be enough for your project. I understand location can affect your cost but the asking price and 270 bags of cement is certainly outrageous. If you don’t mind,you can share both my exterior and interior plastering videos with him and talk to him for reduction. Whatever the outcome maybe,feel free to reach out to me again and I will offer the best help I can.
