and 150pcs 1/2in pvc pipe. When I forwarded the list to a friend who owns an electrical shop for quotation, she was surprised at qty and also asked whether he was going to do plumbing work as well. Pls yr thoughts

@viviananyidoho7233, please get an independent electrician who doesn't know your worker. I have some terrible experiences. It was good to cost me 123,765. 00 GHS for my decking. The carpenter was charging 11,000.00 and 10,500 for the steel bender. I contacted a firm and ended up paying 40,000.00 for the decking and 6,000.00 for the steel bender. I let them know that other artisans are willing to do it 😊😊😊
Please don't put cables inside until someone will go and leave there ,because the criminal are around monitoring the work

The paultry farmer in Cape Coast, had security at her property but her electric cables were stolen twice. You need to put the burglar proff up as well as security.

Why did He place all the switches outside ?
Do You have electrical measures in place to cater for stand by Generator or Plant?
Why did he Provide Only One Socket by the bed Side but not on both Side of the bed?
when your have a rough surface wouldnt that be difficult to paint since the wall are rough?
The outside panels are for meter board.The bedside power outlet is a double one and I believe that should be ok.
Painting of the rough surface wall wouldn’t be a problem at all.

Because estimate given me for my one storey is 1st phase 5000plus. 2nd phase 9000 plus. It’s a 5 bedroom house

Did you mean to say the 1st floor was costing Ghc5000 and the 2nd floor Ghc9000?

@@CITIZEN_ANDOH no pls. He said there was a 1st phase and 2 phase. So the invoices were 2. One invoice he claims is the 1st phase was 6,220gh , I crossed checked. The the 2nd phase is 9040gh excluding labour.
Concerning the 40pcs and 150pcs pvc pipes, I also forwarded it to a friend who sell electric Al’s and she asked me the same question . Whether he was going to do plumbing as well? I wish I had yr email or WhatsApp so I can forward them to you. Thank you so much. It’s bn an eye opener
